Self conscious on camera
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows you to chose your background, seeing yourself in a relaxong environment helps calm you down. I like it
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you hide others' video, you actually forget people can see you.. not always a good thing if you forgot pants!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People can finally work from home with Zoom. Can even do school work online.

What do you like best about the product?
If you want to do a professional meeting, just download zoom app from playstore and your are ready to go. I have to use zoom couple of time in a week. It has a lot of features like whiteboard, meeting scheduling, host co-host options and many more. I did not need any customer support from zoom but I heard it is good from my mates. It is integratebale with few social media platforms for webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the free meeting time limit should be increased to at least one hour instead of fourty minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In out company we have various meetings with out investors and clients. We also host medical webinars. We only use zoom as zoom is serving all the purposes. We schedule meeting in former times and send meeting links to meeting participants.

First and foremost, Zoom's user-friendly interface sets it apart from other similar platforms. Navigating through Zoom is easy, even for those less tech-savvy individuals. From scheduling meetings to joining conferences, every action is streamlined for efficiency, ensuring that your focus remains on the conversation, not the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of 100 persons that can join the meeting in my account limits my scope of work. Also, I had issues with linking my credit to the zoom system for making a payment and could not pay for my account for several months.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization regularly uses Zoom for video conferences to communicate with remote clients. Zoom has many useful features like calendar integration, reports, account management, etc. Also, zoom has comprehensive Android and iOS apps that are easily integrated to make Zoom more user-friendly. Zoom integration with Facebook Live, YouTube, Twitch, and Meta is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can increase the live integration platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Zoom we manage all our business communication with HD video and audio quality smoothly. With the Android & iOS integration, zoom is more friendly for our users to join into communication from anywhere.

sometimes can be freeze the call depending on the amount of persons logged into the call

the freeze calls are being managed and this ensure the complete training process for everybody

What do you like best about the product?
i really like the sound quality during the meeting and it features like sharing the screen, allowing other to control the operation, recorind the meeting. it is very professional level of service for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i am not able to find any issue with the ZOOM service but i heard people commenting the duration of meeting length. I beleive it is great service with perfect length of meeting and 35 mins is enough to handle 97% of the meeting, if we really want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it help to organize meeting to student level to professional level and with out and subscribtion fee.
Great tool for meetings, with less bugs/issues compared to Microsoft Teams Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, just need a link and you are good to go. Every feature is easy to find when in meeting and inviting or removing people is never an issue. Not many bugs or issues faced with conencting at all, less interuptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel most companies are established with Microsoft teams for meetings, and with zooms free verion there is a time limit so it is uncommon to swithc over to this platform while I feel its ease of use and features serve better. Maybe if there was a free pormotional period of use without time limits on meetings, more would consider its use. Also could be levraged wiht unqiue features that make it stand out like introducing AI within meetings.
