It works as it should
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, and everyone has it. It integrates with my google calendar as well, which makes creating meetings easy and straightforward. Connection is usually really smooth. Chat is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weird quirks with the waiting room. Waiting room doesn't ding when someone comes in. Attendees have to have a password as well as a waiting room. Zoom will kick people out of the waiting room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work is a breeze now. We can meet with anyone on our team at any time and we can meet with anyone else at any time. It makes life very easy for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It always works, clear camera quality, clear sound quality, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to hold bigger sized meeting for longer amounts of time without buying a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate with others without meeting in person. It gives options incase someone can't make a meeting in person or is sick.

Zoom is a platform that has been extremely helpful in the delivery of music lessons as well as in communicating with parents. It has been very useful during the last two and a half years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when delays and sound quality can decrease efficiency when using Zoom. For musicians, it can be difficult to find a product helpful to use. Zoom can meet many of the needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time, Zoom is providing a way to continue the delivery of needed curriculum content. By doing this, our services are continuing internationally and this is important for our Foundation.
The fast and professional source for quality video conferences
What do you like best about the product?
The audio quality is quite good, which enables recordings of Zoom interviews to be auto-transcribed with few errors. The screen-sharing option is great s well. Compared to SKYPE and Google Meet, Zoom offers better options at a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the wifi connection is not strong enough the video and audio glitches, but I don't think that's any different from what happens with other providers. Also, I don't think conversations are recorded that are conducted on a cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes clear video conversations simple and efficient. This has been essential during the COVID epidemic but it will also reduce the need to travel for meetings in the future.
Zoom saved our choir
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom Platform allowed our youth choir to continue to rehearse during the height of the pandemic. We used it for fundraisers successfully as well. It continues to allow our staff to participate in our weekly staff meeting, as well as our board of trustees members to attend all our meetings. We were able to bring on two excellent new board members who live outside of our state onto our board because they could participate via Zoom. Despite the fact that we have returned to in-person rehearsals, we continue to offer our music theory program virtually via Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have connection issues with Zoom, due to bandwidth considerations. Sometimes, we have issues gaining access to a meeting or there is confusion about the correct link. However, these are generally easy issues to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing for all our staff and board members to access and participate in critical meetings. It is also providing a virtual platform for programming (music theory) that allows our choristers to have access to this learning opportunity without the hurdle of transportation.
Zoom is great for connecting with clients and friends alike
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using zoom for about five years to connect with clients and fellow entrepreneurs and it's been great for that. While many came to rely on this platform for getting things done during the pandemic, I actually relied on it for my personal life, too, using it to keep in touch with friends and host virtual happy hours and gatherings. It couldn't have been easier to send my link and get people to join in something fun during a stressful time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm screen sharing the floating top bar with the screen sharing commands can get in the way - not a ton of room on my little laptop screen to have them not overlap. I understand why they do it this way, but it would be nice to shrink that down and get it out of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me communicate face to face with people even when we are in different states / countries
Great Platform for Team Building
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility in the use of the platform mainly when working with groups outside the same time zones.

All services are a go. great platform to use. Need to learn how to maximize the services for my business.

It helps greatly in staying connected with your teams and your clients, especially during these times when commuting is being challenged by increasing expenses.
Zoom has never let me down
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't fail me during a yoga class - I use my phone and I can do my yoga classes wherever I am and that's the only tool I absolutely have to have and I can get it done. Not once has the app failed me during a class.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the excess of "words" included
in the invite emails.
I don't like the tiny screen image of me on my phone since I am doing yoga it would be helpful if it was larger and they were smaller. You could choose the size of the tile images would be best.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching yoga to people who are not in my location. During COVID I could still connect personally with my yoga classes. It benefits me by keeping a human connection amd allowing me to make a living through people far away!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is priceless to my everyday job and personal life. I use it every single day for meetings, long and short!

Sometimes the connection lags, even when I'm running at 900!

It is keeping me connected with my team and colleagues! We would flounder if we didn't utilize Zoom with our clients and within the company personnel!

Ease of use! It is very simplistic to set up meetings and send out invites, it works closely with my Outlook to send out invites and calendar invites.

I mean who wants to pay! But its price is quite low for what we are using it for.

Meeting with my teams in different offices and time zooms, giving us a space to share our screens, share my local computer sound (when I am training my CSRs, they can hear the other line.
