What do you like best about the product?
Overall user friendly, love the new updates with blurred backgrounds and group settings!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment I cannot think of any downsides. I think if anything, it would be beneficial to set up meetings directly through Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate and connect with various applicants. We have hired some of our best staff that do not live nearby.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing that I like best is the ease of use for my candidates and hiring managers. We also use Teams and there are usually more problems with mobile devices than with Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is really anything that I dislike. The scheduling is easy with the Outlook integration and the quality of the video is good. I am not sure if there is a recommendation to people who use it go landscape rather than portrait with their mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest benefit is that it gives us multiple platforms to interview with. Some of our candidates are using it in their car at lunch and Zoom just works better on mobile devices.
Great platform, poor customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are intuitive. The admin portal is user friendly. Licenses are easy to assign and move around. The end user experience is positive. We really like the webinar feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting an account manager to assist is difficult. Communication is lacking. Account receivables is really difficult to work with... they don't seem to read emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was a great tool during the pandemic. As a start up organization, we really needed to pivot our sales strategy quickly when COVID came and Zoom allowed us to do that without a significant loss of time or money.
Zoom is an Invaluable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me work collaboratively; I especially like the screen-sharing capabilities. It's been a valuable part of my work life for the last 2+ years, and it's helpful for getting people together for personal projects and social chatter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get frustrated trying to access some features, particularly after an update. I would like the interface to be a little more intuitive, or at least, not need to be relearned constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me easily and reliably work with clients, colleagues, and consultants in other time zones.
Zoom is for more than meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, for individuals as well as groups of people. Features such as chat and breakout rooms made our time on zoom all the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall for us was audio quality and the inability to sing together (due to lag)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed our ensembles to stay together during the pandemic, rehearse for recordings and virtual performances, and kept our singers connected. We continue to stream rehearsals on zoom so that those unable to be with us live can still participate.
Multi-functional, easy to use, and budget friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Great functionality all around. Annotations, breakout rooms, security features, and meeting view layouts are all intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little difficult to switch between annotation and screen control. The process for recovering meeting controls once they are hidden could also be a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers a good variety of plan options depending on usage and functionality required. This allows for use in personal life, non-profits, and business. The variety of meeting styles and tools allow for better use, no matter how you prefer to meet (breakout rooms, annotations, webinar tools). Having virtual meetings also allows for more people to access content without having to travel.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use and explain across all platforms and OS. Zoom never has a dropped a call and is consistent in performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be difficult to join when selecting audio source.

Zoom keeps my meetings seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom. As a business owner who works from home, knowing that I can connect with my clients and team, record my sessions and show them my screen in real-time is just great. The experience is seamless and I am more productive because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see downsides with Zoom, honestly. It gets the job done! Maybe it would be cool to have some additional filters to use on video with your friends or a more informal meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom keeps my life organized. Because it can be integrated with other tools, I can have people book meetings with me and they automatically receive a link for our meeting, straight to their calendar. This saves time, keeps everyone organized and I can serve my clients without having to meet them in person.
Very useful and versatile meeting tool
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite zoom features are sharing my screen and the ability to dial in from a computer or phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike-Zoom does a good job of privacy options, dial in options, chat and media sharing.

I work with clients globally, and Zoom has enabled me to have personal connections and face-to-face meetings with people around the world.
