Video Conferencing Master Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the smoothest applications for video conferencing, through which you can share screens, have virtual backgrounds, and much more. It is a perfect communication tool that works well on mobile phones and desktop versions. It's interface is so simple that newbies can easily become friendly with it. For its implementation, you just need to sign up for them, and you can start online meetings. For any customer support, their FAQs section is all you need to solve any query. Since it has integration with applications like Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc. Thus, it provides you with quality work for your daily productivity tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that I don't like about the application. It's free version allows users to take a maximum 40-minute video call, which I think should become 1 hour. Next is about the privacy issues that users often get while using the application because they lack end-to-end encryption. And last is about their audio and video quality, which can be improved, according to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making communication much easier with its helpful tools such as screen sharing, whiteboarding, virtual backgrounds, etc. It's benefiting me as a content writer a lot because now I can deal with the clients seemlessly on video calls and exchange our views.

Great for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to send an invitation, easy to schedule a meeting and not only get together with your work team, but also record the meeting + the chat questions

it's kind of confusing at first to share screens between the participants along the zoom conference

What do you like best about the product?
Although features have not been commonly associated with the Zoom application, users still get passwords, entry rooms, as well as end-to-end encryption, and hence privacy and security issues will be of minimal impact. The second but not to understate the same, it can help with an adequate organization of the participants that hundreds, and even thousands of people, may either lead or take part in the campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom discussions as such will work only with a stable internet connection. Having a weak internet connection you can face stuck screens or lost calls from time to time, which is in general not good for conducting conferences. Discovering technical malfunctioning will be the case for the participants like software failures, incompatibility with different device versions and the operating system, or lack of knowledge of how to navigate the meeting interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has aggrandized distance eradication to the point where teams either at location or at diverse locations can interact and collaborate without any hindrances due to infringe on their location as a matter of fact, conceivably they will not need to meet physically as they will be sharing information virtually only through a smartphone or a computer with speakers attached. The application is not only about a policy & guidelines for remote work but also an efficient means of fulfilling tasks that can be done regardless of where the employees stay if you set flexible time frames for absences.

Often there are issues with linking Zoom with our technology in our building for example our tv screens.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of use. When a meeting starts, I can easily log in and it is very clear if the host is logged into the meeting already or if I will be waiting for them to start it. The waiting room is also easy to use as a participant and a host. I use it on a weekly basis for multiple meetings per week. It's easy to see everyone on the call. I have also contacted customer support for help about changing something as simple as my password and they were very helpful.

40 min time limit for the free version, but I can't complain

It solves the distance barrier for people on the call. Also it saves on commute time for those who are unable to come into the building for a meeting.

While in remote areas we face challenges when using Zoom because it needs a high internet connection ,and in case it becomes unstable the videos become unclear.

Sometimes it starts updating right before a planned meeting which causes delays and isn't ideal. Would also be nice to have reminder features.
