Zoom lives beyond the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share links with people you invite. The chat room, polling and wallpaper features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the wallpaper features deactivate. It would be nice if there was a popup when chatting with someone (or a way to "poke" them) in a large group. Too many people chatting makes it difficult for the recipient to know they were messaged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a nonprofit (Toastmasters) and having hybrid options makes for a great opportunity to have in-person and virtual attendees.

What do you like best about the product?
With easy integration with Outlook, intuitive graphical interface, and useful background and real-time video editing tools Zoom has established a leadership position.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many telephony solutions trying to add video - and doing a worse job of it than Zoom by far - perhaps it's time for Zoom to instead add telelphony services. They're 99% there already given the audio functionality of Zoom...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps with adoption by providing an intuitive interface, and is widely recognized by most audiences. It also saves time through its integrations, which are invaluable.
I've come around and now I LOVE Zoom for my business
What do you like best about the product?
I live in a very remote area- not even close to any of my prospective clients. But Zoom allows me to see my clients and show them things like I used to in the old days across the desk. I get so much accomplished in a short time by meeting them this way rther than endless emails back and forth and then losing some. When they can meet me and see I know what I'm talking about they feel confident to move ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being- that tech savvy I don't use many of the features like backgrounds and whiteboard (what is that even?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My close rate is much higher because I can show clients various options in a short time and help them narrow down their choices
Great tool for online client communication and tech support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and variety of tools available for multiple purposes of my business including meeting, presentation, group online workshops and 1:1 lessons. Zoom make many different elements of my business better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The client which I connect with via zoom don't experience any issues. Having a guide showing how to screenshare, turn on video etc upon opening zoom for the first time would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with new, and current clients meanwhile increasing the level of connection with video, and the potential of sharing information and demostration solution using screen sharing and remote control.
Zoom makes scheduling meetings and keeping my calendar organized easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Having a personal meeting ID makes it easy to hop on internal meetings with my coworkers, without the hassle of scheduling its own meeting. Setting recurring meetings allows me to set it and forget it, while keeping my calendar up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's video quality is poor. I am unable to set a virtual background unless I upgrade my laptop. Can only send a calendar invite through one channel (such as google calendar or icalender), so not all my invitees are not able to add the event directly to their calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy to keep my meetings organized, know who's planning on attending (and not!), makes it easy to share my screen. We use Zoom for internal check-ins daily using my personal recurring meeting ID. It saves me time which can be spent on more important things!
Zoom for small business - it just works
What do you like best about the product?
It just works - on a computer or mobile connecting is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing comes to mind - I use it for video conferencing and screen sharing and it does both of these things flawlessly.

Makes it easy to schedule, video chat and screen share with clients.
Zoom is Convenient for Connecting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful because it allows teams to seamlessly connect with each other. The screensharing is essential for communicating with colleagues in different physical spaces as well as classrooms of students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inviting people to a meeting that is currently happening is often not intuitive on the design. I would like to see an easier way to add someone in (e.g. integrating with messages app). I also have several accounts from different jobs and would love if it was easier to move between accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of not being in the same physical space with someone but needing to look at the same thing (or each other!). Performance has increased by being able to connect with others remotely.

Easy to use. Opens up the possibilities for connecting.

The number of steps to have a newertong added to my calendar

It saves me time and gas. It allows me to connect with people out of my local area and at a deeper level than phone
Great Product and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to collaborate with my remote teams and my clients. The ability to take over someone's mouse and keyboard is excellent, as well as the ability to record to my PC vs. the cloud! I seldom have connection issues, even when talking to people with a low bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes have trouble connecting to other people's meetings (one client in particular always crashes zoom and it has been months of trying and contacting zoom support).
The controls are sometimes hard to find (especially for my clients who don't use zoom often).

Remote work, I don;t ahve to go into office anymore to achieve the same results with my team or my clients! This increase my bandwidth by reducing the time for commuting between appointments
Easy, Great Solution For Remote Work Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very easy tool for anyone to use. It's great for 1:1 or larger team meetings. We've found it to be a really helpful tool as a remote company with employees scattered across the US.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes running a Zoom meeting can be frustrating because of the bar on the hosts screen when you screen share - it's often in the way of where you need to be able to click

Zoom helps to keep the team connected and solves for some video platforms that are slower and not as user-friendly.
