Great communication vehicle for business professionals and personal relationships!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is how easy it is to use. If I want to begin a meeting, all I have to do is share a link - it's that simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I would like to view all my participants on one screen - especially if I have it on full-screen option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed me the ability to meet with clients when distance or time-crunches may hinder meeting together otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and widely used by colleagues in both academia and industry. This makes coordinating meetings and schedules much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface that connects scheduled meetings to my google calendar can sometimes get clunky requiring some additional editing,

Zoom makes it easy to schedule meetings and interviews when remote meetings is necessary due to health and safety concerns or prohibitive travel requirements,
Easy and straightforward for us and our users
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and easy to use. Being able to set up a new event is quick and straightforward. Our users recognize the functionality and can use it without getting frustrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pardot/Zoom integration is not as tight as it used to be. Our lead source data and lead source detail used to be detailed but with some new add-on from a few years ago, it seems we often lose this detailed info and have to input manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with audiences seamlessly when we are not traveling or running in-person events. From a budget perspective, it's integrated into our strategy

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of usage, setup, that Zoom continues to improve the resource, quick response to the user, available training dates and times, video, chat help, and the commitment to be the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the changes may come at the wrong time but it is impossible to secure the ideal time/date when you have so many users with different timezones, and I wish it was free :-)

The ability to integrate Zoom into my calendaring system and email, now having the link information in the meeting is great, quality of the video, integration of the social media outlets (LinkedIn, Facebook) is outstanding and easy,
Great for Client Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is that I can use it on all my devices. Also, I can download a copy of the attendee list and share recorded webinars/meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much about Zoom that I do not like, but one thing that can be updated is that on some devices the blur background option is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with my clients all across the world. This benefits me because we are an internationally recognized organization and our clients often are not able to come into the office to meet.
Great video platform, but not much different from competing products.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to easily meet at any time with anyone. Our fully remote business depends on it heavily. Integration with Gmail is a huge help in easily scheduling meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings can be a little complicated to understand and figure out initially. Updates are sometimes required prior to joining meetings, which sometimes results in a late starts, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides the flexibility to meet and collaborate easily and fairly seamlessly. This is a huge benefit/need for fully remote companies like mine who do not have a physical office or the means to constantly travel for out of town business.
The "Kleenex" namebrand standard for video calling for a reason.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to access, share, and use on most any technological interface. People are familiar with the basics and understand most of the navigation intuitively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grabbing the invite link and/or room number often takes a few too many clicks while already in the meeting - they've made a few improvements but by and large that remains my biggest concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to communicate with customers and vendors and staff across the globe in moments, allowing for a unified and even familial workforce despite our distance.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for the past few years, ever since 2020. Zoom is reliable, fast loading, and easy to use. I love all of the new added features that have been added recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found is the Whiteboards feature. A colleague of mine was sharing her whiteboard but when I went to co-edit the board with her I could no longer see the content she was working on. I'm not sure if this was a system glitch or just user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is working to make remote work more interactive. I really like all of the new features, including whiteboards + the apps. I've personally been using a timer app to keep our meetings on time and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a lot of functionality and flexibility for different forms of business communication. I appreciate the variety of tools, from offering interactive response modules and whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if Zoom would prompt users to turn off their video or take other actions if their bandwidth does not support effective engagement with the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has enabled me to keep in touch with almost all of my clients in ways that promote connection and engagement. I have found my work to be more impactful thanks to the Zoom platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have a conversation across the world. Ease of scheduling. Clear picture and sound. Can be top-half tidy and no one is the wiser on my fashion choices. Can be wherever I choose if I have Wi-Fi.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more tiring to stare at a screen than at a live person.
It's not intuitive -- sometimes need help to figure out how things work.

Breadth of service area: I can have clients around the world -- and do.
Office Expenses: I no longer have to maintain a formal office space.
Reach: Can have one client in the US, one in the Middle East, and one in New Zealand, and they all get equal access
