Safe, reliable, and flexible for all my teaching and coaching needs
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is reliability. If I I have clients beginning a session at a certain time, I want to be there ready for them without stress or worry. I know Zoom will work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a simple video tutorial within the platform itself. That would be helpful as I learn to use more complex features of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem is needing to meet clients virtually without a lot of fuss. Zoom solves that beautifully. Secondly, I have some psychotherapy clients who require HPPA confidentiality. A specialized subscription with Zoom allows that and keeps my therapy practice safe, private and in compliance with our State Regulating committee for professional counselors. Finally, my specialized expertise in IFS draws students from around the world. A non-local platform that everyone knows how to use is a must. Thank you, Zoom!
Zoom is the platform I use to meet most of my online clients
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up meetings. Sending links to clients via email, text, messenger. Can set up reoccurring meetings. Can reacord meeting and share with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clients have a hard time connecting to zoom link. Would be nice to be able to get a record of messages in the chat box (sent to email) that would be wonderful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeeting with clients all over the world, being able to give group discussions and even musical performances over Zoom throughout COVID.
I would 100% recommend Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user-friendly and allows all my work to get done with no hassle. It makes having more meetings possible which helps us achieve more projects in the time we have available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the iPhone app should have a few better settings to be able to see your past recorded meetings. It's a bit of a hassle having to go into the webpage for the recording instead of having it right on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a cost-effective and easy way to communicate with new business partners and members of my team without having to meet in person, which saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the whole company can be on screen and connected all at once, while someone is sharing their screen to walk the team thru a presentation. I also like how folks can also discuss alt topics on the side, in the chat feature, all while we are facetime'ing and screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I only get one dedicated zoom link with my account. it'd be nice if I have two or three links...because In my business, I need to run multiple zooms a day, which can be booked at the same time or overlap at the same time - and so I wish I had a few "lines" tied to my account, versus just one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see each other, easily, and simply. It brings our whole team together, wherever they are around the country. I also really love the screen-sharing ability.
Zoom - Silver Lining
What do you like best about the product?
As with many sectors of the world, the education community had to figure out how to do things differently when the pandemic began. Zoom was the answer to many of the challenges we faced. While it took a little bit of effort to learn this new technology, eventually everyone, from our most tech-savvy staff down to our TK students, used Zoom proficiently. I appreciate how Zoom easily connects all the stakeholders in the district.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints. When we have new users, they seem to pick it up easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has continued to be a useful tool even though we have been back in person since November 2020. We have been able to offer hybrid meetings for all types of meetings. This has increased attendance and participation. We use it for IEP meetings, Town Halls, staff meetings, community meetings, etc. It is a HUGE time saver as well as people do not have to travel to attend meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the absolute easiest, most effective and clear-cut way to get someone online without any hiccups. I do injury rehab online and I have a lot of clients over the age of 60 that need online log-ins to be as easy as possible. Zoom has been doing that for my clients and my business since 2015. I love that I have the ability to record a talk or not and let me clients know they also have that option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is video quality on a recorded call. You can tell that it's not the absolute best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was a share screen issue before and now that is resolved. There were privacy issues before and now that is resolved. They now have little emojis people can use to raise their hands and clap, which is so nice during a live talk.
Best meeting tool
What do you like best about the product?
How light weight and intuitive the tool is. Easy to install and get started. What's also great is the new features that are rolled out from time to time that really understand the use cases their users have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the login experience is complicated and buggy. I have had the app crash on me many times. Also I would like to see a nice quirky wait music till the host joins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing people together quickly. Not just for meetings but I am also able to use zoom to call my colleagues quickly and easily as opposed to teams etc. Save a ton of time. Also the recording feature is great

It is very easy to set up meetings and invite participants. It is very straightforward and easy to use.

I can't think of anything about Zoom that I don't like.

It makes it very easy to have impromptu meetings with board members that are scattered around the country.
Zoom Makes Staying Connected Easy
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Zoom is its simplicity and user-friendly interface. Setting up and joining meetings is a breeze, even for those who are not tech-savvy. The intuitive controls and straightforward layout make it easy for everyone to participate in meetings without any hassle. I can schedule a meeting on the spot if a phone call turns into something that requires a screen share or would be better face to face.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the significant issues I have encountered with Zoom is its inconsistent performance. Despite having a stable internet connection, I have frequently experienced audio and video lag, pixelated video quality, and even sudden disconnections during important meetings. These technical glitches disrupt the flow of communication and have led to frustration and wasted time. This has gotten better post-pandemic but was a substantial issue during peak hours during the pandemic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key problems that Zoom solves is the ability to train remotely, overcoming the limitations of physical location. With Zoom, I can connect with new staff members across the country, eliminating the need for travel and reducing logistical challenges. This has been incredibly beneficial in reaching a wider audience, including individuals who may not have had the opportunity to attend in-person training due to geographical constraints.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to easily connect with online meetings for work and fun while sharing my thoughts in the group chat. I also like being able to upload fun custom wallpapers for my backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when the internet connection lags for me or others in online meetings, and I'd like future versions of Zoom to improve on preventing lags and session cancellations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with people I can't meet in person and talk to them face to face without having to leave home or work. This reduces my travel time and allows me to work and plan better.
