Simple to use video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple, it is light on the system and it has one of the best user friendly video conferencing tools in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
On certain occasions the website URLs do not open or crashes out of the blue.

My experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up and use. It integrates pretty well with Google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The background filter AI can be iffy especially when I make even small movements. After I select a custom green screen color, there is no option to easily tell Zoom to use its system to auto-select the color again.

Zoom makes it easy to conduct demos and fix customer issues.

I wish they would work on improving the loading process for the videos,it takes a little time to load.
