Great connecting tool for nonprofits!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that zoom helps us continue our coalition meetings with members that can't make it from out of town. Super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any downsides to zoom. Thankfully we have had a seamless process with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us stay contected. It is so important for non-profit coalitions to be able to meet and discuss concerns and having zoom as an options really helps bring more people to the table.

What do you like best about the product?
Remote connections are very convenient. I work in a setting where many of the people are older and less able to be mobile and zoom has been really helpful especially during Covid
What do you dislike about the product?
The options are vast and sometimes difficult to understand. I know there are tutorials but I wish sometimes that the different things might come with a link to watch something like using the whiteboard or adding an additional cohost etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid we've been disconnected from each other and so the ability to get together from the variety of locations weather at home or on vacation or elsewhere has been a super helpful benefit
Zoom is a great, easy-to-use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty user friendly for hosting as well as for participants! The features such as screen and sound sharing work very well, and the break out room option is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall is the difficulty of using the whiteboard feature add it's hard to control at times. The speaker/microphone settings can also be hard to get going, especially for some participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows client and coworker meetings to take place virtually, especially got clients this is huge! The flexibility this provides, especially for someone traveling or in the event of sickness or bad weather but still attend sessions is incredibly beneficial for all.
Great for small training providers
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom (for meetings) is so easy to use If you are a 1-person team. You can run meetings and deliver workshops while managing the most essential functions like break-out rooms by yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. We use Wix for our website and virtual events and Zoom integration with WIX events is not great at the moment.
2. The different types of Zoom accounts are confusing. I wish they created a feature tailored for solopreneurs or very small organizations.
3. I wish they made it possible and affordable for solopreneurs and small organizations to host only 2 webinars a year without having to set up an expensive webinar account

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom for meetings enables us to organize and host small virtual events (less than 100 attendees), workshops, working sessions, and meetings, so we were able to continue to offer programs and collaborate throughout the pandemic.
The best video conference application out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can divide my sessions into breakout rooms and get everyone interacting with one another through this feature. I also love that I can run a poll to get everyone's feedback quickly and efficiently. Being able to record my sessions is also helpful and I've never had an issue with this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I can think of that I particularly dislike. Like I've said, Zoom is the best video conference app for a reason and I don't see myself switching to a separate platform. However, it is irritating that you can only hold a meeting for 45 minutes/an hour if you use the free version. There is never a meeting that only lasts this long - I think it's an unrealistic feature but I guess they have to make money somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Zoom since 2017/2018. Zoom helps me meet with team members who are out of state and still feel connected with them. During the pandemic, it was the only way I could connect with those inside my organization, now we continue to use it for convenience!
The best webinar and meeting experience
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever you want to meet or offer a webinar, this is the best app to use! Meetings can be set up in multiple ways with this reliable system. My favourite feature is the integration with Hubspot, which allows you to set up meetings automatically and share links in marketing emails, sequences, or even include them in workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning to manage can take a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the interface for Webinars with more than 200 attendees, as well as small meetings. It is very helpful to be able to integrate with Hubspot
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is probably the most simple video meeting software I have used. It is well laid out and easy to navigate. I love the ability to share my screen or record my meetings. I have also been very impressed with the webinar options and the breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Zoom is setting up meetings can be a little cumbersome and if you don't remember to change settings it seems to keep the same ones from each meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with people when I cannot in person due to distance or just work schedules. It really opens up more times to be able to host people and help them.
An amazing tool in my toolbox

The Ease of use. Is one of my favorite things. I liked everything about zoom. It is very user friendly. Set it up and schedule. I have tried other platforms and Zoom is far better.

Meetings without leaving my desk.i love that I can schedule and send out a link and that's it. Show up at nesting time and Voila! So simple. Thank you! Thank you!
Zoom Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. They make it easy to customize what you need from the interface and support is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with multiple users in my firm creates some challenges. There are occasional scheduling issues within outlook. When I send outlook invitations to people, it is hard for them to find the zoom link after they accept it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us meet with clients face to face whom we previously only had a phone relationship with. These are much stronger relationships and the experience on both ends is much more personal.
Functional and Simplistic!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use. There hasn't been a learning curve for our team using this product, which is a great thing as we didn't have any speed bumps during the switch from GoTo to Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have set my setting to not require me to admit a caller in to the call, however, no matter what, it still requires this from me. It's not the worst, but I have noticed some settings, like this one I mentioned, do not stick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do many calls with other members of my team. Between our clients and all of their calendars and our internal calendars being hit up and changing constantly, this saves our team a lot of time going back and forth with the client.
