It does what you need it to
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of inviting outside attendeees and how cross compatible it is and how easy it is to to install and setup for the first time espcially for first time attenders
What do you dislike about the product?
At takes entirely too much familiarity with the admin side in order to set things up in a consistent matter. The recording options, outside, locking, wait room, it all has to be done ahead of time and cannot be modified mid go, and if you do, it makes a new invite and then you have 2 invites sitting out there and people joining different meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Teams and Zoom. Teams is our standard method, but Teams does not have a good mass webinar system yet. Zoom does, and it works well for what we need each quarter.
Intuitive app, easy to use, always reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up meetings. I appreciate that I can easily change a meeting if I need to or update user privileges, even during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Zoom would be that dial-in options can be confusing. Any login other than through a Zoom account on a computer can proof frustrating or confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes connecting with colleagues across the nation easy and practical. As a remote worker, I heavily rely on a service like Zoom to make my workday productive.

It just works.
The continuous improvement of feature sets; the stability of the product. Compared to other competitors, it just works - for example, as small as it seems, I love that zoom doesn't pickup keyboard sounds as much as competitors.

Bigger groups get lost. Phone sometimes cuts out.

Works great for a hybrid workplace.

It can be challenging to navigate the back end (on the website, not the app when zoom meetings is launched - that's easy)

What is most helpful is how convenient and easily accessible it is. Whether planned in advance or a meeting that is needed spur of the moment, Zoom meets all of your meeting needs.

If you aren't paying a monthly fee, there are restrictions on how you can use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great solution for professional meetings, events and personal use; whether you are looking to meet with a stakeholder in another state or you want to see a family member that's far away, Zoom is bringing people together in a variety of ways.
Essential for my business
What do you like best about the product?
Very familiar for my clients and prospects. Everyone uses it so no need to explain or hope that someone knows how to log into it. Mobile app works well too when I'm away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I had better options for live whiteboarding. They have a new whiteboarding feature that I haven't tried yet, but I probably need to add an ipad to the mix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with clients that have remote teams. I prefer in person but the flexibility remains really important even post pandemic. I can share presentations where needed.
Zoom: A Great Resource for any Business
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Zoom is its ease of use. I have tried several video conferencing platforms and Zoom is by far the best. Many of the other platforms have connection issues or are not as intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I have found with Zoom is it does not warn you of an upgrade until you are signed it. If I log on to a business call and there is an update, I must first update Zoom before joining the meeting. This has caused me to be late to important meetings a few times. However, I now try and log in a few minutes early in case these updates are required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business with clients all across the U.S. and some in Europe, Zoom allows me to conduct business meetings from anywhere while still feeling connected to the team since I can see their faces.
Easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom syncs with our Google Business account easily and effectively making it a seamless way to integrate virtual meetings in calendar invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything! It's one of the only platforms that doesn't require a download to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only issues we have had are already solved!

Zoom is easy to use and integrates with my google calendar and scheduling software, so I can set it up once and have everything ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom will cut off or drop my call, especially when the internet service is low. It would also be really cool to have an offline recording feature when there is nobody else on the call, so the quality of the recording would be clearer.

When COVID shutdowns happened, Zoom helped me continue to have client calls, workshops and classes.

Zoom is an easy and convenient way to stay connected with friends, family and colleagues. Whether it is for personal or business-related uses, zoom is the way to go!

There is not anything I dislike about zoom. It is very user-friendly for all ages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows for things to be remote in my job field so things can continue in case of unforseen closures, etc. Allowing the team to still be as productive as before.
