Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
As an educator I used Zoom to teach my students online. My grade was kindergarten so ease of use was important. My students were able to learn how to use the program quickly and had less problems then when I had to use MS Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One concern is when I uphave a scheduled meeting and there is no waiting room, people can still start the meeting earlier then what I had planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved my problem for online learning as a tool to teach my students.
Best Video Conference solution I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use both mobile and desktop solution and switch between the 2 if on the move is great. Also like being able to record and download the meeting for those that weren't able to make it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes find it hard to launch a meeting from a calendar invite on mobile, but could be due to me not being signed in on the app before launching it. Otherwise nothing else of note
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is spread out over a wide geographical area and allowing flexible work meetings that can be attended wherever the sale team may be allows for greater productivity
Best video conference app!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and download. Compared to other video conference apps, I've found that it is the most user and guest friendly. The option to dial in is also super helpful for guests!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaints with Zoom are very specific: though I understand it's for everyone's privacy, I wish that you could choose to not have a meeting host or a passcode. Another specific complaint: I wish that the buttons/menu were easier to find when sharing your screen. I've found myself several times having issues closing out quickly/finding the menu again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it's solving the need to meet in person every time my company needs to speak with a client. Though in-person meetings are great, sometimes we need to meet on short notice, sometimes I need to touch base with my team from home, and it is also useful even when we have in person meetings but need to bring in someone from home/who's sick.
Zoom has been a game-changer for my practice!

It is so clear and consistent, with so many useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Home page lacks simplicity. It is too complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Zoom for my private psychotherapy practice sessions since prior to the pandemic. Since the pandemic, I have switched my practice to 100% teletherapy using Zoom.
Easy to understand and access
What do you like best about the product?
my experience has been good without interruptions and the user interface is pretty easy to understand and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the sound doesn't always go through the speakers when using an external sound source

bringing our team together across the US as some of use continue to work remote and we develop new roles
Much better than Microsoft Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create calls with individuals outside of my organization. It is Easy to chat with, share documents with other callers, and screen share. I also like using the app for personal calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was clearer if your mic/video camera is on during a call and if your microphone/camera is on before I join a call. Also, make it easier to blur your background
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my organization's members to meet from anywhere in the world, savings us money on airfare and hotel rooms. Zoom allows me to have my employees work from home
Business is Easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zoom is the ability to easily transcribe my Zoom session with a push of a button. Helpful when doing interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, the ease with which the Zoom platform could be hacked. Now that has been resolved with password and waiting room options being mandatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to meet clients virtually and record and transcribe our interviews. Saving me time from just recording and then dictating information to be transcribed.
Best video conference app
What do you like best about the product?
Never lose connection. Other video conference apps like Teams or Hangout are buggy, sometimes sound doesn't work, etc. Not with zoom, always a reliable call and super efficent for running large meetings as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about zoom. I guess the only inconveniance is if you have a large org it's easier to create meetings with Teams because you can see other's calanders, invite them to the meeting and know that your meeting is on their radar. Sometimes people forget to add zoom to their cals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with alot of people from different states and cities so Zoom helps me collaborate with them effectively and get my work done on time instead of waiting for the next time my coworkers are in town.
Perfect for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and intuitive to use, and everyone is familiar with it at the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up a webinar was somewhat complicated, and making changes to the membership level required an online chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to bring together different stakeholders who, because of schedule or location, cannot meet with us in person.
An essential and reliable tool for coaching
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a recognized platform for meetings, so my clients feel safe using it. I find it easy to schedule a meeting after I get a request and then send the link to the client. I like that I have access to planned meetings and past meetings, as the info in both can save me scanning through emails. I really appreciate how reliable the zoom software is, as I have had nasty experiences over the decades with software that I have tried to use for coaching calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints with the software or company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Covid and lockdowns, most people chose to do coaching calls in person. Since 2020 my coaching requests have come from around the world and that is why I invested in Zoom.
