What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use both as a meeting host and as a meeting attendee. All features are simple and effective. I'm able to obtain clients in places I couldn't and I'm able to see more people each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the cost of the service. There should be more lower tiers of the service for those who don't need much. Have a few more options that cost less than the Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to meet with and obtain clients in other cities and in other states that I wasn't able to meet with before. It has increased my business performance.
Bit expensive but reliable

Zoom is very reliable app. I can stream presentations easily.

There are some settings on administrator side I don't really understand. However, I didn't dig to explore ether

I have online school for bilingual kids from allover the world. We have regular classes as well as free classes for refugees from Ukraine
I rely on Zoom for all my meetings and trainings
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use zoom for a meeting or training. I can hold a long meeting or I can hop on Zoom just to show someone how to do something at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Zoom for years and have not found anything I don't like about Zoom. I guess if I have to pick something it might be more options for backgrounds options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to hold weekly meetings with my recruiters and I use it during all our training with new recruiters because we all work from home. If a recruiters is having problems figuring out how to do something or if I'm introducing the team to something new, I can hop on Zoom and show them in just a few minutes. So easy to use. We can do screenshare or call in meetins.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the customization of Zoom. I am able to run many different types of meeting as well as seminars, trainings, and even a symposium. The system allows me to customize my meetings for whatever type needed. My favorite features are the breakout rooms and polls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. There are no downsides. Zoom is user friendly and exceeds my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped tremendously with meeting my staff remotely while our office was closed.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to connect live with our clients. We can use the Zoom Share Screen to show our products and best practices in real time with our clients while we have them engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything we dislike about zoom, it is user-friendly, and the instructions to use are very straightforward once you log on to a zoom meeting. Clients find it user-friendly as well.

Being able to connect live, enables us a platform to show our products and best practices in real-time while engaging them and training them while they are engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom for my podcast. I love how easy it is to record. The interface is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that I dislike. If I could add one feature it would be to have multiple formats to extract -- mp4, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it very easy to record any meeting. I've used it for podcasting, job interviews and virtual roundtables.
Decent - updates have made it worse.

Ease of use and flexibility with views, security and recording.

Painful that the events/webinars/sessions and regular zoom portals are still separate

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to meet online rather than driving around for meetings. I appreciate the excellent audio and video capacity that Zoom provides in comparison to other organizations.

Sometimes there is a disconnection between audio and the computer, don't know how to solve it when it happens. And not being able to conduct more than one meeting with the same account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other than creating a platform where people can meet online with excellent video and audio capacity, I don't know what other problems it has solved. I'm able to have more meetings and productivity because of Zoom.

I like the fact that Zoom can be used on your phone as well my computer

I have a lot challenges using the Safari Browser.

I have business associates In several other states so Zoom makes it easier to connect with everyone at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation along with the straightforward way we can help team members with utilization. It's very intuitive and not overrun with too much detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team and I dislike the constant updates. It would be nice if we were able to cull them down to once a week maximum instead of multiple times a day. The pop-ups are distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the Zoom administrator, the ease of set up along with the ability and affordability of each team member to utilize their account is something I wouldn't trade.
