What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace application very useful as it has high-quality video/audio conferencing, seamless screen sharing, breakout rooms for group work, meeting recording, and integrations with other tools.

It helps me create Easy virtual meetings with HD video and audio for clear communication and it also can Recording & Playback options. It has collaboration to the next level with the help of your AI assistant which can Intelligently process recordings, get meetings summarized, make queries in a meeting, Draft a chat response, get chat threads summarized, draft an email response, generate content in Whiteboard, Support multiple languages, etc.
Whiteboard and Screen Sharing Make Online Learning a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
As an adult student studying fully online, I really enjoy using the whiteboard feature. My schedule is quite busy, but I appreciate that my kind teacher sends me the whiteboard notes after every ESL lesson. This allows me to review the material at my own pace. I also found the timer app very helpful, especially when I was running study sessions in the virtual space. Later, during my internship, I used Zoom frequently because I love sharing my screen and inviting others to pick up the pen on the Zoom screen so I can demonstrate things to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that it's so difficult to locate settings, especially those related to privacy. You have to navigate through a lot of other menus just to find what you need. When I used to tutor elderly people in digital literacy online, even helping them find basic settings was a challenge. They often couldn't remember the steps, so we would set things up for them and hope they could adjust some default settings on their own if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has been instrumental in helping me effectively deliver information and share my screen to present my ideas. It also provided me with valuable archives of the skills I learned during some of the amazing meetings I was able to attend. I believe it solved an entire year’s worth of work-from-home and study-from-home challenges for me.

I like that Zoom Workplace keeps everything in one place, so I don’t have to jump between different apps for meetings, chats, or collaboration, which saves me a lot of time. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward, and most things worked out of the box. There are so many options available that it can take a while to find the one you need. Additionally, the price feels a bit high compared to the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal is to reach a wider audience and help more people understand the Quran. Since most of our audience is not very tech-savvy, they prefer communication tools that are simple and easy to use. Zoom Workplace breaks the tech-barrier by providing an easy to use solution.

I like the AI summaries and live captioning during calls. It helps me not only during the meeting but after the meeting as well.

I dislike having to update my Zoom right when I need to join a meeting. It is very inconvenient.

It is helping me be able to focus on the meeting rather than rushing to take notes. With the record and AI meeting summary options, I no longer worry about if I didn't write something down or had dozed off for a second and missed something important.
