Love Zoom.... It saves us so much time..
What do you like best about the product?
It saves us so much time. We used to drive everywhere and now we can do 10 zoom meetings at the same time we could do one in-person meeting... It also makes company communication easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say we dislike anything. After using other video conferencing software Zoom is the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save us time by doing virtual meetings rather than in person.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the security features along with the screen sharing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for how many people can be on the screen for larger video calls. Even if the boxes are smaller, it would be nice not to have to flip from screen to screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made seeing clients very simple for me. Their connections to other companies is also very helpful. I use Squarespace scheduling and it automatically connects to my Zoom account so scheduling is a breeze.
Zoom serves our purposes for video communications.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and EVERYONE seems to know the product and are comfortable using it. This allows us to deliver our content virtually when in-person events or meetings are not possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some are still worried about security and are not permitted to download the app, so they connect via the web which doesn't have the same capabilities for interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our members are from different countries around the world, so meeting in person for committees and board meetings is not feasible. Zoom allows us to connect virtually and have meaningful and product meetings from the comfort of our desks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is simple and easy to use. For an account holder, especially, to schedule meetings, but then also for others to easily join and call in to meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
.I don't have any major complaints about Zoom - I have numerous complaints about other virtual meeting platforms though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is obviously solving the issue of hosting meetings virtually, which became so important during COVID-19. However, there are still individuals and organizations who prefer to meet virtually, and Zoom is the best platform to use.
Best Virtual Meeting Software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how user-friendly zoom is. Other video conferencing software is not as easy to figure out and causes a lot of frustration. With Zoom, I feel that it is very intuitive and I can quickly figure something out even if I've never done it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I haven't found a way to quickly switch between Zoom accounts. I would prefer not to have to log out and back in every time, it's quite a hassle. I would love a quick select option that would allow me to choose which account of mine I would like to join the call with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am fully remote, which makes it difficult to quickly get all of the information I need from my superiors via email. With Zoom, I can have them join me for just a few moments and get immediate answers for the questions I have, as opposed to waiting hours for an email response.

I like that I can schedule a meeting at any time. It's easy to hop on a "Zoom" with anyone to go over details by sharing the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I help my clients online, I find that playing music on the computer interferes with hearing my voice at times as if it goes in and out.

As my business is Online, Zoom is great for connecting with anyone, anywhere.
Great continually improving product
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively universal, easy. to create meetings and share user info. Continually adding new features

occassionally slow or glitchy (though this is of course dependant on internet connection as well)

Connecting with colleagues or external clients in our ever changing hybrid/virtual/pandemic world!
Zoom is beneficial to your business
What do you like best about the product?
The cost of Zoom is very reasonable and it is very easy to use, even for the least skilled computer user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our main issue is when a staff person creates a meeting and then someone needs to sub in for that person you cannot make them a host until the meeting time starts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our clients, due to covid issues or lack of transportation, do not want an in-person meeting. Zoom has allowed us to still meet and see the person from the comfort of their home. So we have been able to continue our programs and training sessions.
Easy to plan and execute meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It is integrated with Google Calendar and people are familiar with the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
It allows people to be lazy, avoiding direct human contact, which results in a lack of engagement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was instrumental during the pandemic in keeping people involved -- and now is allowing people, who otherwise can't participate, to be part of things.
Zoom Helps Team Collaboration & More!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to schedule a meeting with your colleagues. With the zoom/slack connector we are now, more than ever, in real-time collaboration as a team rather than relying solely on siloed email communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how there are no annotation tools while presenting, like a highlighted cursor, or the ability to draw on the screen. It would be super helpful when presenting Powerpoint presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps our teams collaborate remotely, especially after COVID. We have a standing zoom call weekly that wouldn't be possible on other video communications platforms.
