What do you like best about the product?
Very simple interface and very good managability. I appreciate that it is quick and you can control user management. One of the best things is that it is popular.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the connection sometimes. Everything works well. There is nothing not realized with the solution except the internet. I would like to see mprovements in image appearence and editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve wfh solutions and being able to make meetings on the fly. These are good because we dont need to meet as much and it is easy to form and make relationships with vendors.
Zoom has made it easier to connect no matter where you are!
What do you like best about the product?
Bringing everyone together is a huge asset to our team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound quality can be a little wonky on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is letting us connect to anyone with a phone or a computer- which is great. The user interface is easier than other platforms, and I feel very secure using zoom.
Zoom for Admins
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrative assistant, I love that I can schedule zooms under other people's accounts using the admin feature. I also love that I can go in and change other settings that are not as zoom savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to zoom is not being able to have multiple meetings at once. It makes it hard as an admin for many teams that will have to all use zoom at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving all of our work from home and hybrid in office needs. They have made it easy from the start of the pandemic. I am not sure what we would have done as a business without it.
A great platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom because of the breakout rooms or session where I can divide a large group or class. Also I like the registration aspect when I do online events. I can use the emails and information gathered to further connect with the audience by sending emails. I like how audio, video, and notes are giving after the broadcast is over. I can use the audio files for a podcast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more explanations on the features. Also the price of webinars are expensive compared to just the meeting room plans. Also I would like more storage space that was affordable to the basic plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure. I have had zoom on and off for about 8 years and I never had any real issues.

it helps solve the problems of working remotely and connecting with others abroad, but it has benefitted us by being able to connect to a wider range of expertise
Easily connect and manage virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
How easy is the client to use for virtual meeting works. We do not need to train staff how to use it compare to the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a better layout and structure for the set up of meetings. Some settings can be a bit confusing or harder to find.

Virtual meeting, with great quality in both audio and video. It's helping us for remote workers too.

Life Changing
What do you like best about the product?
During these Covid times - safety for my family as well as those I am meeting with. Efficient for working in different time zones not only in Canada but around the world. Connection within moments - increaded productivity.

Have not found a downside outside of the fact I work longer more and sometimes work life balance is impacted due to the ease of zoom.

Time Zones - more productive as not having to spend time on the road and away from family.

having my own personal meeting link that I can easily send to someone. I also like the one click feature. Ultimately this does a great job of making it quick and easy to join a meeting.

The fact that it doesn't integrated easily into other applications, especially teams. When I add a meeting in outlook it automatically synchs to my teams. I wish there was a feature like that for zoom

Enabling us to work in a hybrid environment and still maintain a human connection with prospects and customers. The controls are easy to manage, whether on a desktop or using the mobile app on the go
A fabulous way to allow me to connect all around the world
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly and the easy of access allows me to connect easily with whoever I'm speaking to. I love how intuitive the app is on my phone, laptop or iPad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I hit glitches. Those impact connection with who I'm talking to because we have to start the call over. That adds minutes to our talking or ends it outright because of trying to reconnect with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the constant updates, glitches and other issues I run into have been getting better. The emails I receive also help to to remind me to update or if there are any current issues.
