Zoom: Connecting your Team
What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can get on a call with my team at any time. Since we have moved to a remote work environment this has been a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really...I think it's very easy to use, except when someone screen shares and it goes full screen it move the pictures around and sometimes it hard getting them back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connection with team, vendors and supporters!
Good, user friendly interface with universal recognition and acceptance.
What do you like best about the product?
Very well know in the marketplace so most everyone we counter has had experience with it. The interface is very clean and user friendly and with universal acceptance and familiarity, there's always someone on a Zoom call who can help others who are new and need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a personal preference (and not really a negative or downside), but I just prefer the interface and functionality of GoToMeeting as compared to Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding the hassle and expense of our committees having to meet in person. Due to Covid, everyone seems to be familiar with Zoom meetings and now understand the value and efficiency of conducting meetings virtually instead of in-person.

The ease of having meetings with people outside your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
how the toolbar blocks browser tabs when sharing your screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to move to remote work at the start of the pandemic. We were already using zoom so we just expanded our use.
Business savior! We use it daily.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy for my team and potential clients to communicate, chat, create polls, and connects easily to our other plugins. It's so much more clear than google meet. We like that it's more clear than google meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were note-taking features integrated in our plan and that it was easier to share host features with your team members who plan to join the meeting, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us interact on a more personal level since we are all remote. It easily integrates with our google calendar and calendly platform for seamless call experiences.
Zoom has it's problems, but so does the competition.
What do you like best about the product?
I like virtual backgrounds and ease of use. I like that it is ubiquitious and most people have some level of familiarity with the program. People know what to expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the connection problems and intergration issues I've experinced. I think it costs more than it is worth for a small business like mine. But I don't see any better options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have clients accross the nation and this allows me to meet with them and share information as if I were in person. This saves time and money from having to fly everywhere.
Zoom is the easiest, most ubiquitous video software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really easy to use, especially for video meetings. I think it does a great job making the user interface simple and they have added a lot of valuable features to allow for breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Cloud Video recording quality is terrible. I know I can record locally for higher quality but that's not ideal. I wish they could allow me to do both so I can pull clips of the most important content at high resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ablity to host meetings with a large number of participants where they are interactive and I can see their faces. This makes for a much more intimate feel of a meeting.
Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to invite people to meetings and almost everyone knows how to use it. Seems to be the industry standard right now. You've become a verb! It's much easier to use than Microsoft Teams, which my company requires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still figuring out the whiteboard feature. I tried to share a recent one and couldn't do it. I would also appreciate a few more font choices in the whiteboard app rather than just italics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with customers. Of course we couldn't do that at the height of the pandemic, but it's still going. I don't have to drive to customers as often and I can answer questions and demo things with a quick zoom call.
Even before COVID, Zoom allowed me to hold meetings with collaborators around the world.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Zoom is being able to connect with collaborators around the world and to record our meetings for those in inconvenient time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to contact a human immediately in the event of an urgent problem. Having human access via chat would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed me to expand my board to members around the country and have them participate in meetings. A national board is invaluable to increased performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy link sharing and the ability to Sync with my calendar is a God send. In this would of social distance I couldn't ask for a better tool. I also love that it is so universal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connection issues that are unexplainable. I only hope that it gets corrected soon. Outside of that, I can't think of a thing that I can say I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that zoom is solving is personal connection. We know that nothing feels more like connection than actually being face to face with someone. Zoom has come the closest to the real thing than I have ever felt.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made hosting a meeting anywhere anytime possible. I especially appreciate the screen sharing option. This allows me to share graphics that bring my sentences to life!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to delegate the job of opening a zoom meeting. This has been the most frustrating for me. Occasionally I have had to frantically locate internet to open a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit of using zoom for leading my teams is the ability to bring everyone together regardless of location. Now we arr more unified than ever because of having multiple touchpoints throughout the quarter.
