Zoom - the goto meeting destination for my company
What do you like best about the product?
Most of my clients and myself are aware about Zoom and have been using it for a long time. It has updated its features and design to date. Fixing meetings and sharing meeting links are made seamless and ver easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miss the option to directly send a meeting invite from the zoom interface. Having to go to email and fix a meeting is a step that I would prefer to avoid
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to get on multiple video meetings in a day and zoom is a day to day part of my life. Most meetings take place in zoom and my life goes inter-changing from my mail, calendar and zoom.

40 min limitation on the free account. This interrupts the flow of meeting

Zoom - The GoTo Business Meeting App
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been our first hand choice when it comes towards business meetings since 2020. It has an easy to use interface along with the plethora of features . The free plan allows upto 100 participants along with 40 minutes time limit making it a good choice for small enterprises. Many glitches have been fixed and it has a decent customer support. The app can be integrated with other apps easily. Meetings can easily be created and shared privately in a group of individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the app does much of the anticipated, few things should be reconsidered.The free plan should possess a longer time limit along with better quality calls. The utilisation of bandwidth should be rationalised making meetings possible in a fluctuating network condition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible to contact our colleagues and business partners at any remote corner of the world. The possible inetgrations with different calendars and business apps makes meeting scheduling and reminders an easy task.
It a very good app for meetings.

Easy to acclimate and feel comfortable and Zoom away
What do you like best about the product?
"Zoom" is now in the category of words that are when a Brand name becomes a common noun, think Kleenex (in place of tissue), Xerox (for anything copied), Band-Aid, etc. Everybody knows "Let's Zoom" to mean let's video conference, then you should know the platform since it is an easy common tool in business and in general. It is easy to get onto the platform and understand the interface without much learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be confusing if you need an update just as you were going to enter a conference. One time I couldn't get audio to work while having video. I had to stop and start it. Then exit entirely and come back and launch again. Finally it worked. Embarrassing while the tele-health appointment time was ticking. Good thing the doctor was patient with the patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for doctor visits remotely. Having meetings with short notice or on a schedule. It's pretty much the "default" platform for video conferencing.

Commands given to user may be enhanced just like host or co-host (with permission) which is missing in existing package.

Zoom is very convenient tool to connect with global clients which saves time, money and efforts.

Easy to either schedule or join a meeting.
Zoom is available both in web-version and in-app allowing for smooth connection provided there is the presence of an internet connection.

Not at all. Zoom has proved an immensely reliable and adequate tool for video conferencing processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been the platform for virtual communication with colleagues, friends, and family since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Amazing product for Online Meetings, with very easy to use UI
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for 6 years now, I haven't seen the app down for even once. Together with that the options to have breakout rooms, polls, whiteboard, etc are all very useful for a great meeting experience. It is very easy to simply add Zoom links to the meetings we schedule via Google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason lately, I have seen a really good feature disappear from the app, which is the AI note taker assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After Covid when people have stopped going for physical meetings, Zoom seems like a really good way to make sure the impact is as close to a physical meeting. If one has to travel for a meeting it takes us a few hours, but on Zoom you can save a lot of time.
