Amazing Software for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is efficient and simple to use. It allows us to stay connected and stay on top of our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I have run into that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With remote work it brings all of us together and makes it easy for us to meet and discuss clients and work just like if we were in the office.
Best Collaboration Software Available
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform allows us to collaborate with clients who may not be terribly technically savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I can say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in many different offices, it is so easy to do a call and share your project to walk through something. Certainly clarifies many issues.
Reliable platform for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
With the added whiteboard feature, Zoom is now the most complete and reliable platform for online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more screen layout options, especially when many users are part of the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home therefore I'm able to host meetings and be as productive as if I'd be working from the office.
Reliable event platform
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate that most people are familiar with Zoom and it is an intuitive platform to use. We also really like working with the Zoom support to assist with our events and ensure success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings are tough to figure out on the back end - for instance, how the recording will look on playback. We've working with Zoom support but the settings don't seem to stick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love hosting events on Zoom - we know customers will be able to access the platform. We can also add interpreter support and offer the event in multiple languages to better reach our customers.
Zoom makes my business possible
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and as a private virtual tutor I love the annotate feature as well as how easy it is to share my screen with my students. I have used Google Meet when zoom was down, and it works okay but is not as intuitive as zoom is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes zoom doesn't update automatically even when it's set to do so. When that happens, the connection is not as good. Sometimes I have to have my students leave the call to update zoom before reconnecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to connect with my virtual tutoring students and share documents with them during our sessions. Zoom makes this easy. The new annotate feature makes zoom even better and I use it multiple times in each session.
The most reliable video conferencing tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Highly configurable. There are virtually unlimited configuration choices to get Zoom to work exactly the way you want it. The UI is intuitive and the service is very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to remember where all of the configuration options are. There are lots of help docs but it would be great if they could continue to simplify the configurations pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Zoom for standard conference calls, customer demos, internal meetings & town halls. I benefit from the ease of use and the ability to easily add new free & paid users.
Smooth and stable experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the remote control access the best. I use it with participants and it helps to mimic an in-person brainstorming experience. I also like the waiting room aspect, it helps to manage traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are so many different levels of offering/subscription models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me run online brainstorming sessions. It's very hard to do this on Google Meet. I also like having my own Zoom Room, this helps to manage different projects and have a designated place to run research.
Reliable and Fits the Bill
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable, it is easy to use and most people I need to use it with are familiar with how to use it and the basic functions of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integrating it with other sites and platforms is a bit of a pain and integrating multiple schedules can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is so helpful in allowing me to have meaningful conversations for my podcast, face to face...It also lets me stay connected with my team more than just via phone.
Good reliability, messy admin controls
What do you like best about the product?
Connectivity for hosts and attendees is reliable, and it's easy for others to connect to. The service is up frequently and we've never experienced downtime. Attendees to meetings generally can share audio and video without issue. Recordings are easy to grab, and I like the option to cloud record or locally record.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin controls and setting up multiple hosts for meetings are a mess. There are way too many admin options that are simply poorly organized, and it's difficult to find things in the admin menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a platform familiar to students, many of whom connect with us for courses or tutoring. Zoom allows students to log in easily, with a basic conferencing system. It's allowed us to satisfy the demands of school admins who want an easy method of holding courses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of connection-using prior platforms, I had to be IT support for our clients as they were WAY too complex -Zoomnis a click link, and I have gotten our Breed clubs, and charity groups using this--even older senior generation people can easily use Zoom without complex troubleshooting!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing -it's fine-just keep it super simple and don't try tweaking stuff-this is a perfect system and Inuse the business Zoom up to 40 hrs a week every single week.

None that I am aware of. Have had zero problems with Zoom -this is such a better platform than "Hey are you android or IPhone? Let's use XYZ" based o. Their machine
