Easy to use as facilitator and easy for my Zoom guests who aren't frequent video meeting attendees
What do you like best about the product?
I like resolution options, the ease of sharing my screen, and the ease for others to take over and share theirs. Mic settings are better than competing products

Aspect ratio I'd like to adjust as needed sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pre pandemic I did more face-to-face and now clients are preferring video and Zoom by far the preferred app
Feature reach, better and cheaper than the competition for 99% of use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to schedule, and versatile. At this point pretty much everybody knows how to use zoom, and because you can use a client on any device or just the web it makes it easy to schedule meetings with absolutely anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom rooms could use a little more polishing, but it's not bad. Most features are pretty solid, so it's hard to find something that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us meet with clients all over the world in a way that provides very low latency. We are more productive because many meetings that were previously held face to face can be done more remotely, leaving time for the most important meetings to still be face to face when needed.
Zoom has made a huge difference in our ability to work remotely!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of meeting scheduling, ability to control various settings related to meeting formats, ease of connectivity to multiple users and familiarity with even those that aren't computer savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides at all. We prefer it to other applications we have tried because of its usability. the only negative is that sharing screens can be cumbersome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to work remotely and conduct business and meetings with partners without having to meet in person, saving time and money and allowing us to expand our reach!
Very user friendly and has a lot of features for virtual groups, teams and even conferences!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use reoccurring meetings feature. Additionally, the chat is accessible and has reaction butons to utilize when facilitating virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need the paid version to have access to all features. The free version has time and number restrictions. Also you must remember to click share sound when sharing audio, otherwise others may not be able to hear it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us solve accessibility issues, needing transportation and childcare for volunteers to attend meetings are no longer problems of ours! Zoom is easily accessible via mobile devices, tablets, and laptops which is helpful for a more significant reach for our meetings.
Highly valuable service!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been consistently using Zoom in my coaching and consulting businesses since 2015. It's been a fabulous way for me to serve clients both locally & at a distance and be able to pick up on all their non-verbal body language as well as hear what they have to say. I find Zoom to be incredibly reliable which is hugely important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. It's a highly reliable and scalable platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me stay connected with my clients both locally & at a distance. It's a great way for me to "read" between the lines when working with clients and is a huge time saver. I rarely meet with existing clients in person unless we are socializing.
Zoom: An effective tool in pandemic and post-pandemic times.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to connect with clients around the world in a meaningful and substantive manner. It allows me to feel like I am there with them and engaging in a significant way. The ability to share the screen and conduct a presentation is invaluable to my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no significant issues with Zoom. It is a valuable tool that is a part of my daily routine. Simply put, it is crucial to my business. That being said, it would be nice to see stronger connections that prevent from people freezing and having to reboot.

Zoom allows me to maximize my time and feel efficient in all aspects of my business. I can connect with people both within my city and abroad in real-time. Simply put, I am more productive and have a better balance in my life.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have family meetups since we all live in different states. We can see and hear each other clearly and it makes the time we spend with each other priceless.

I wish the free version was more that 40 minutes but the paid version comes at a great price so it makes up for it

Provides Important Work & Personal Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and intuitive interface. I like that I can see people in light of the pandemic and personal health risks. It provided a way to get social and complete work without risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the screen sharing limitations--not being able to see the chat/participant list while presenting. You are almost required to have a second person monitor the chat features and hands being raised. Also, for PPT users, I can't use the notes features now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finally seeing people I've worked with across the country for years but have never met face to face. It also allowed us to hold a remote COVID-safe service for a family member that died.
Great Business Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to meet with clients, and the scheduling integration. I find it very useful to create repeat appointments, and also to provide the link to my personal meeting room in my email signature for clients to schedule an appointment with me at their own convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom continues to improve its capabilities, so I don't quite have anything specific I dislike about zoom at the moment.
Perhaps an area that I find frustrating is when the host leaves a call, it ends it for everyone.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it very useful for me to work from home and to meet with clients anywhere in the world, time-zone permitting. It's solved the problem of remote work for me.
Works as expected... Customer Service not so much.
What do you like best about the product?
This application functions just as you would expect. It's very user friendly and it helps that everyone is familiar with the platform. Very rarely ran into any technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
When our business card was stolen, we closed the card and requested a new one. In the interim, our monthly fee to Zoom came due and we were not a large enough company for them to accept an ACH. Our only option was to pay by card... which we were waiting for in the mail.
Unfortunately, NO ONE at Zoom could tell us what the process was in this case. No one could tell us if our account would be functional, or how many attempts they would make before shutting down our account. We were told, "It's an algorithm... we can't say."
With no other recourse to use a different type of payment method and unsure if I'd be shut down before an important meeting, I searched for a solution... only to find that my Google Business account came with a free upgrade for Google Meet. We switched the same day as Google's customer service was extremely helpful and able to give me direct answers. I do not regret this decision.

They came in clutch when my business switched to mostly remote and how we service our customers changed due to the pandemic. I am grateful it was there when I needed it, but now have found a solution that provides better customer service.
