What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly, Easy to use, and also it is helpful in interaction in tools, I like that I can use zoom workplace across devices like my laptop, phone, or tablet and stay connected whether I’m in the office or working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
In this at times, zoom workplace can experience lag or connectivity issues, especially during long meetings or when internet bandwidth is limited. Occasional performance issues and high resource usage, especially on slower networks or older devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The zoom was helpfull for rolving remote communication challenges and also it reduce time and travel management and Improves Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace for reliable communications, whiteboarding, and remote access. I appreciate the interface because it is easy to navigate, and the initial setup was super easy.

Maybe lagging during network issues, but Zoom can't be helped there.

Easy to Use, But Becoming Overly Complicated
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and very easy to use but has got much more complicated over the past couple of years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Similar to my other point, I don't like how complicated it has become over the past couple of years. It's become almost convoluted with features, much like most other software apps do, in the pursuit of growth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's particularly good at doing breakout rooms, which, when teaching, is quite beneficial if you want learners to break out and discuss different elements of the learning experience.

Zoom reliably functions whenever I need it, allowing meetings to begin promptly with stable audio and video quality, and interruptions are rare. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for individuals of varying technical backgrounds to join, schedule, or manage meetings without any confusion. This combination of reliability and user-friendliness ensures that collaboration flows smoothly, both within teams and when working with external partners.

What I find frustrating about Zoom Workplace is that certain features seem unnecessarily complex or inconsistent. Navigating settings and controls, particularly advanced options like breakout rooms, polls, and integrations, can be confusing, as they are often hidden deep within menus. This makes it time-consuming to manage tasks during meetings. The distinction between free and paid features is also unclear; I frequently encounter limits or restrictions without adequate warning, which interrupts my workflow. Additionally, updates sometimes alter the interface without providing clear instructions, forcing me to relearn how to use specific functions.

What do you like best about the product?
Esiest way to collaborate with peers, very friendly GUI and easy to understand. Wide publicity is of the most important aspect, everyone uses ZOOM, really fun. It is really easy to setup through various platforms, never felt customer support was far away for any resolution. Using it almost daily multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has improved so much more than just a video conferencing platform to an ultimate solution for seemless connectivity, the problems/challenges we had were of privacy, and they have been sufficeintly already incoporated in their interface with regular updates, no real complaints here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has really helped in scheduling and improve business efficiecy many folds with its breadth of services. Virtual classrooms and collaborative shared space are most praiseworthy solutions Zoom has given us t increase our efficiency and commercial growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I really find the interface to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, perfect for beginners without any complicated process. Scheduling interviews is straightforward, allowing us to communicate instructions clearly to freshers through email before meetings. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace is also very easy; you can install the app on the browser or continue directly, then log in to schedule or join meetings with a code and password.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to improve, but there are some connectivity issues they can solve. And latency issues, sometimes it happens, even if the network is good. It might be the network, but sometimes it happens.
