Never failed me
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small business. It was easy for us to use to stay in touch, especially during Covid and lockdown. We continue to use it as we work a hybrid schedule. It was great that everyone could use, it didn't matter if it was calling in, what computer they had, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you know someone who isn't always tech savvy it was difficult at first. Once they were set up though it wasn't too bad. I also wish that when you recorded a meeting, that it was just one file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees all over the state. It has helped up connect better with our case managers on a regular basis. It also helps us meet with clients faster than setting up an in-person meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. It can be used through browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have any but if i have to say one i wish we can edit the bgcolor as well same as when we are able to update our video BGs

Central to my business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is central to my business, which is a writing academy available to international students. They can access my classes live through the Zoom webinar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the chat would default to Everyone instead of to the hosts and panelists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would not be able to reach internationally without Zoom. As a disabled teacher, it's a great way to share my classes with other disabled students.
Great for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient for personable meetings, Zoom is the 2nd best option for a client meeting, right after meeting directly in person. It is widely used, so more are familiar with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be hard for some to get on, with all the login and downloads. For my older clients or those logging on their phones, it can be challenging. Also, with an ongoing group link, I am not able to allow screen sharing or designate others to be hosts, if they are not on my Zoom account/team or if I am not on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet more clients as it cuts out the travel time for myself and for my clients.
Zoom has enabled us to continue providing therapy services during the pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy and efficient! Individuals are able to log on regardless of what type of device they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! I have had no problems with the application.

We are able to provide individual and group services. It truly has enabled us to expand our services regardless of geographic location

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been great to cut costs and time at our agency. We do not have to travel as much for meetings, which saves up this extra time and mileage expenses. This extra time allows us to be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do lose some of the personal interactions with people and people can disconnect be being on Zoom, but that's not the company's fault. It's more likely from being in too many meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom saves us traveling time and money used for mileage. The mileage expenses can be routed elsewhere in our budget and we can focus on programming at our agency instead of traveling.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use! I love all of the features within Zoom like calendar scheduling, chat and polls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a downside to using Zoom. Everything works and I haven't encountered any issues. Not sure what could make Zoom better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to do business online from anywhere in the world. Zoom video conferencing makes meetings feel more personal so it's easier to connect with clients. My business results have increased dramatically by using Zoom for consultations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up meetings without participants having to download anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have yet to encounter something I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to shut down my yoga studio during COVID. Thanks to Zoom, I was able to move all my classes online without missing a beat.
An easy to use, flexible way to community with your team.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use to schedule and have a meeting that everyone from different places can attend. This makes business meetings, club meetings, and even communicating with family the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to do chat and video on the phone app version in the event I am on the go and want to also communicate with those in the app. It just seems like I should be able to do both better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have business associates that live in different states and sometimes a phone call does not suffice. I could facetime, but it doesn't offer all the features, like chat, that Zoom offers.
Zoom is always easy top use and easy to teach to our employees
What do you like best about the product?
The recording features are quite helpful, as well as the interface is extremely easy to use! I like that it has the ability for all of our employees to be present in a meeting and all be able to see one shared screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of zoom I find is the one hour time limit on the free version. I find other free tools will allow you to have a meeting longer than 1 hour and its quite cumbersome when you need to resend another meeting link because you could not finish in exactly 60 minutes and you get the meeting auto-closed on you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves our problem of getting people together when they're not all in one room for meeting allowing us to meet more easily with our team. as well as we are able to virtually meet with clients instead of driving to a bunch of locations for meetings.
