I love zoom and have used it frequently, especially over the past 2-3 years of work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and ability to have multiple people easily visible in a large chat room (something that competitors struggle to do as efficiently as Zoom does).
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish zoom had features outside of just video calling OR chat features within the individual calls. It would be nice to see zoom become more "all-encompassing" to have chat outside of just video calls and a chat log to go back on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving a lot of the issues when it comes to meeting digitally. Prior to zoom, meeting digitally was less of a "necessary" thing that it is nowadays. It makes my ability to work much more efficient knowing I can quickly chat with a collegaue or prospect from the comfort of wherever I am.

Great for Daily Meetings (Mulitple)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the screen share and give control feature, it comes in handy when I'm letting clients navigate around screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes awhile for me and my coworkers to get into meetings after the host has let us in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Covid, our office has gone to remote work. Zoom helps my company feel more at ease about us attending meetings and collaborating.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to have meetings with clients remotely and makes it easy to feel a connection even through the screen. When it comes to finding a clear, easy to use system for meetings, Zoom is our organization's choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact we need Zoom is a downside, it would be much nicer to have face-to-face meetings with clients. I think one thing that could be added to make Zoom better is a caption option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's closing the gap for the immunocompromised by allowing them appointments even when travel is anavailable. It makes inconveniences less or a problem. We can do Zoom appointments rather than cancel them

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness of sharing screen during calls. I like that you can turn the video on and off and use white boards and share multiple screens like iphone screens during your call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options in a free option. It should give a user all options available (even if the time is limited). The user should be able to view and use these options so they are more likely to subscribe to a paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to communicate with people working across the world. It helps share information and become more productive. You can also record everything to review later on.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to navigate and takes little "training". Yet, at the same time it offers flexibility and options for those who wish to "do" more with it. It has allowed great opportunities for church groups to gather safely, stay connected while traveling, and have meetings on the fly when needed. The waiting room and recurring meeting have been extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there isn't much to dislike about Zoom, if anything I would say navigating pages of multiple participants can be difficult at times. If there was a way to see a list (when not a host) of participants easily, click there name and then see their camera, that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us stay connected with individuals who are homebound, sick, or don't yet feel safe gathering in groups or croweds. It has helped maintain, and even increase, engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Zoom since the very beginning of the pandemic. Zoom enabled us to have zero downtime in operations. We were able to serve our clients without skipping a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not anything I dislike about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of being able to see clients during the pandemic when the world shut down but has made it easier for potential new clients to consult with the firm.

What do you like best about the product?
I can reach an international student body, easily record archives of the presentation, and connect with many student effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
some challenges with students finding the right meeting: sometimes I am "in" the meeting, but zoom wants to open a new meeting and there is confusion, especially with pre-scheduled meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i'm able to connect nonlocally with a large group of interested participants and share my work, and the video connection is stable and I use the whiteboard very effectively (I share screen extensively in my lectures)

User Friendly, Real Time, a real help!

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and user-friendly. I love that there is no lag (unless the participant is having trouble at their end)!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to sing together !! I have the paid account but I have heard several people moan about the 40 minutes limit on the free version. I however think $15 +/- a month is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Naturally, the whole pandemic thing created a very timely opportunity for Zoom, and an excellent solution for most of us worker bees. Being able to work remotely means that work continued.

Reliable, Easy Meeting Software

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I appreciate most about zoom is how reliable it is, how it seems to always work for every client that I send an invite to. It opens without a lenghthy install and is very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little negative to say. Every now and then, there will be a maintenance issue and the program won't open, but those occasions are few and far between and get fixed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the height of COVID the problem was obvious since in-person meetings were totally out of the question. But even now that we're pas that, it's a major time saver to be able to meet virtually from anywhere.
