What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and creative touch that the features offer. I also love you can share screen and the whiteboard feature. I love how you can share a simple link and get your zoom across audiences!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike however I think It would be beneficial to add a feature that would allow you to share music on the call during the zoom meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me tremendously on my online businesses so I can host training calls and virtual events. It is so convenient
Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Face-to-face meetings are a thing of the past. Such a great time saver, convenient for everyone involved!
What do you dislike about the product?
Spotty internet connections can make the meetings difficult. Also, collaboration is hard with single person being able to speak at once.

Helps meet with more clients faster. Saves a lot of time on travel
Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to use because of its easy interface, its easier to set up the meetings and sharing screen is very convenient because of the screen sharing selection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the quantity of emails zoom send to its subscribers, also the minimum time of meeting for the free version should be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the monthly webinars or the sales webinars that zoom is organizing with renowned authors and professionals, it really shows that zoom really cares about its subscribers success.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the large number of things that you can do with the Zoom platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom Device manangement is a little clunky in the admin panel, sometimes it's hard to remember where you need to go to administer devices vs rooms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Room booking and hotdesking are becoming more prevalent, and zoom's new management system seems to address that.

What do you like best about the product?
Until I was introduced to Zoom in 2018, I did not have an option to include video with my podcast. My option also didn't always work well.

Wish there was an option for uncompressed audio. I

I need a low-cost, user friendly way to connect with guests for my podcast. Zoom is a good option.
Reliable, popular virtual meeting app
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and widely known. I like the ability to change my background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when hosting a meeting I get prompts that I have unstable internet when sharing my screen, which means I have to go off screen during business meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to host virtual meetings with clients and colleagues in different locations. It also easy to host a virtual presentation.
Great for 1 to 1 personal and business calls.
What do you like best about the product?
Good connectivity, simple to use and to explain to other users. The group breakout rooms are easy to manage and set up. People like using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike, it is intuitive and easy to login to.

Communicating across time zones and easily managing groups.
I'm not sure how I was able to get so much done before Zoom!

I like how user-friendly it is. If I need a call last minute, it's very quick & easy to hop on Zoom & create a meeting for others to join.

The problem Zoom solves for me is access to my teammates that allows me to connect with them further than just a phone call. It allows us to collaborate without having to take time out of our busy schedules to commute to one location.
Such a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom for 5 years now and I like how easy it is to use and that I can host virtual events. I also like that I can change the background as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. I started with the free version and upgraded the plan.

Meeting with clients that are all over the world, organizing events.
Business Professional Impressed with Consistency of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Most of my clients are aware of how to utilize Zoom & find it easy to use on computer or via the app. I also appreciate the option to hide my video profile as Zoom fatigue for me in video meetings all day can add up, and this option helps alleviate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can think of is that some of my clients have found the app version of Zoom to be somewhat difficult to use when connecting to sound system in their cars or just a bit different to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me navigate long distance meetings & is allowing me to maintain my business despite moving states.
