Best Video Call Option Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most consistent and reliable platform for making video call. The feature set all perform well and have the cleanest interface that I've experienced across the various providers of similar services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime Zoom makes me sign in before I can launch the meeting, but that's not really an issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collaborate with external and internal teams every day. Zoom allows us to quickly spin up meetings and connect face to face over distances and time zones.
Zoom is how I run the front end of my virtual business
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of how to use it, the whiteboard, chat features, ease of sharing screens and passing access. It's been a significant resource for me, especially since the start of the pandemic and I'm grateful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love how sound can get choppy if more than 1 person is talking. I've seen some other tools overcome this, which is what I'd hope for Zoom as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping engage as if I were in person with my clients/audience.

Connecting with people that cannot make it out of their homes

For some older people it can be hard to use the features of zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID we sent all of our meetings online and Zoom helped bring us all together. today we are still using Zoom to connect and hold meetings so we don't have to go out late at night and drive.
It does what's needed for business and education
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature about Zoom at the moment is its ability to join from anywhere on most devices. For someone who's constantly on the move, it ensures that I won't miss important meetins while on the go. The ability to continue the call from the phone to the desktop or laptop has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the amount of memory it takes up. I've noticed via my child's computer that a competitor takes up less memory and isn't as disruptive, but now that school is back in-person, we're not sharing bandwidth as much anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect from anywhere at any time, and the fact that so many users have adopted it worldwide has made it an ideal choice for setting up meetings.
Getting work done
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a remote employee before and after COVID. It is night and day of a change. Skype did not offer the options Zoom does and I feel more apart of a workplace than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes very difficult to update and to know when the updates are coming. When I have to get to a meeting or event, I don't want to be late and sometimes these take a long time

It makes feeling connected to work, family, and friends easier. I spend a lot of time on Zoom and it does make be productive, business gets accomplished, and I get to have fun
Easy to use video calling
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows anyone to easily set up and run a video conference meeting or call. It also gives plenty of tools for more advanced users to take things a set further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally users have had issues connecting in or getting audio and video settings just right. Mostly a training issue, but sometimes finding a setting is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to hold meetings for groups without everyone attending in person. It has allowed us to leverage technology to keep connected in an easy and cost-effective solution.
All-In-One Communications Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zoom is that is it an all-encompassing platform that has all of the communication needs of my business easily accessible through the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite frankly, I do not currently have any dislikes about Zoom. The only adjustment I would like to have seen in the past is more capabilities accessible for the free and/or basic membership plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving ease of accessibility. As a business owner, time and resources are precious commodities so having platforms that provide a number of benefits is key.
ZOOM works great for my business and personal use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy for the host and participants to use. It has plenty of features that are enough for me on the Basic Plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan does not include as much so I had to pump up to a paid plan for what I use it for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to run my business 100% virtual is AWESOME and also use it for bible study groups and such online. Virtual use engaging with one or more persons is great.
Always Reliable & Easy to Start Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with Google Calendar is probably how I interact with Zoom the most. Zoom is far more reliable than Slack for ad hoc meetings even though we use Slack for chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find where to draw on the screen and how to invite people to the meeting. Perhaps making the different buttons more obvious on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily collaborating with colleagues since we're remote. Team meetings. Webinars.
Zoom is an essential tool for my remote business
What do you like best about the product?
I can meet with anyone, anywhere. I love that I can record the meetings, use it for big groups and small, and the extra tools are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are audio or mic connection issues for my clients that are tricky to work through, but that's not necessarily a problem with the software/platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for all of my business meetings and being able to see and hear my clients over Zoom is so valuable, and you don't get the same benefits over the phone.
