Works well for video meetings when face to face isn't possible.
What do you like best about the product?
Audio and video set up is easy. Nice options between speaker view, gallery view, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall zoom is great. I've heard concerns about its security but I have not had any issues personally. I know a lot of clients have what they called "Zoom fatigue" as well, meaning they want to get back to in person meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting "face to face" during a pandemic. It's allowed me to meet clients and convey information much more effectively than if I had to only use telephone or email.
Why Zoom is such a good medium!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to access for everyone. The medium is universal, has good tools, and is of good quality. Screen sharing is an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of Zoom depends mainly on the host's inability to correct sound, visuals, or mute people.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is so perfect for Distance Learning and meetings. It is an all-inclusive forum that lends itself to teaching, meetings, and individual sessions. issues like appearance are solved by the special features and personal screen backgrounds are available for the host.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Zoom is the screen share option. It's so helpful and gives you the feeling of standing next to a co-worker and collaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that isn't ideal about zoom is the fact that it's web-based and not every user has efficient internet. This isn't zoom's fault, but can still cause discourse from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously, in today's world, zoom is keeping us connected while we're staying safe in our homes. Not just from COVID-19, but all illnesses. As we move into flu season, I'm grateful for it yet again.
Works well but could use some improvements, including cost.

Zoom is great because we can connect while being in other states. Breakout rooms are wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is pretty ridiculous. The free version with the 40-minute time limit is also not ideal. Make it an hour with up to 50 people. Or make the price $4.99/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have switched from having board meetings on the phone to Zoom. It's great to see each other face-to-face. Zoom was pretty lucky during covid, as I'm sure you had a HUGE influx of subscribers.
Zoom Kept Us Going Through COVID
What do you like best about the product?
Rather than just hearing a voice, Zoom allows me to see faces, share screens, share files, field questions in an organized manner, conduct remote meetings and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I find using dual monitors challenging — it works well some of the time, but … While I like the ability to let our Bible study teachers use the church's Zoom accounts for their remote class members, I never know when they are going to have to log in and when it will work without logging into the account. I have missed some requests for the log-in code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When COVID-19 struck and we decided to shut down the church temporarily, Zoom allowed many of our Bible study classes to continue. We still have members who have not returned to church functions and Zoom continues to meet that need.
Zoom is the Best for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Love the collaboration we are able to accomplish with Zoom. They are continuously adding new features and app capabilities from within the platform. Zoom has the best audio and video quality, especially for Apple product use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users complain of Zoom not being as easy to use as other platforms like Google Meets or Microsoft Teams. Personally, I think Zoom is the easiest to use and they probably just need a little training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom fosters a productive Hybrid work environment and saves time by hopping on a video call. We have other platforms where task discussion is necessary, but sometimes a problem can be solved much quicker and in a better way if users just hop on a video call to discuss it and get the human feelings into the task at the same time. Zoom helps us connect with clients as well as internally.

- Significant limitations on the free plan
- Best experience requires app download
- A lot of options and features (pro and con); add-ons can add up
- Each option has plenty more options (Webinars, Events, Meetings all have separate options and settings to familiarize yourself with)
- Setting up "scheduling privilege" could be a lot easier

Zoom is Best for Video Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has the best video and audio quality, and is the most fun way to collaborate with coworkers remotely. They have a great Chat feature that allows you to stick in links and emojis!
What do you dislike about the product?
The security features that only allow someone to enter the meeting either with a password or if they are logged in, or have to be admitted from a waiting room. It makes it harder for participants to join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom remotely is a great way to have successful meetings, and Zoom periodically provides video conferences to help you get the most from their software. We were able to learn a lot of new things from Zoom the last time we attended a video conference about meetings in a Hybrid work environment.
Utilize Zoom for both internal and external communications
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for our Mac and Window users to utilize Zoom for pairing during development, as well as our other Team Members to be able to collaborate with external users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We utilize Teams as well, so having two different communication tools hampers collaboration at times. Although it integrates well with our MS Teams Rooms, I would like if there was more integration between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with our developers when pairing using different systems (Mac and Windows machines). We have not found a way to handle this with MS Teams.

r the past five months. I never liked working from home. I thought I had to be in the office to work, but Zoom has helped me to work with ease and continue my job with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved in-person issues, mediations, and client interviews. I can do it all from Zoom, even better! Time is everything and meeting with someone via Zoom, helps me and my clients understand the case, we can share documents and schedule depositions, mediations, etc, without the cost of travel and additional expenses.
