I've tried it all and Zoom is the best
What do you like best about the product?
I like the felxible Zoom settings, and the integrations for things like attendance, and google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could temporarily disable a zoom meeting link when students are behind on tuition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like their focus on online education and the fact that they make these features available at all levels. Many others require that I be a large institution.
ZOOM IS WONDERFUL FOR QUALITY COMMUNICATIONS WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND CLIENTS
What do you like best about the product?
We deeply appreciate and enjoy using Zoom for many reasons including:
(1) Very easy to learn and to use;
(2) Very easy to involve other parties;
(3) Very flexible to use - for scheduling meetings, organizing the screen, inviting other parties, etc;
(4) Ease of posting slides and or pictures on the screen during the Zoom call;
(5) Excellent customer support; and
(6) Reasonable price schedule.

What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any concerns with regard to using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to maintain quality communications with clients and partners without time-consuming and expensive travel. It allows me to use my time more productively while maintaining quality client relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
Constant updates are a demonstration that the solution is alive and the company cares about its product. It's customer-focused, and Security is a top priority. Also, being multi-platform is really wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users are based on emails, and every single email has to be a licensed user; this is, it lacks support for User Aliases, which would be neat for a more smooth transition and easiness of access.
Another one is the lack of easy transition to request admin level when performing remote support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing End-User/IT Support. This solution is used to provide customers with a great experience for providing them assistance when needed. This is really useful, and we also use it for introducing our solutions to our customers (technical and sales presentations).
Zoom was invaluable during the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allowed me to maintain contact with my family and coworkers. I appreciate how easy it is to use for my older family members. I didn't even consider any competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am providing tech support for my coworkers, I can't enter an admin password in windows. Zoom needs to have a way for administrators to enter passwords to make administration easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue of risking COVID by face to face interactions. We have the benefit of not wasting time traveling and performance and productivity have increased greatly.

Zoom is the best video platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best, easy-to-use and dynamic video conferencing platform. I have used it for years for meetings, and have hosted webinars as well. When I have to video conference on almost any platform, I complain. I love all the features and thought put into this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about Zoom, other than when I go to get on a meeting and suddenly it has to update. It does sometimes make me late to the meeting by a minute or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team so we are able to hold our one-on-one and team meetings, as well as project meetings via Zoom. Not to mention we do consulting and have been able to complete trainings, workshops, and other sessions via Zoom.
Zoom is simply an incredibly useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling a large amount of recurring meetings is really simple. In addition, I like that Zoom keeps the meetings cleanly laid out and organized for easy access to me as the host to both open meetings and re-send information to participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Zoom is the occasional issues that I've experienced with login. Either getting logged out from one location or device to the next, or server connections that prevent login.

Zoom solves the problems of organizing people into one place. I host a number of events, discussions, and meetings, and the availability of people is always shifting. Zoom helps to bridge the gap of attendance.
Easy to use, even for newbies
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service helped me figure out closed captioning without making me feel stupid or wasting my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't always tell who was speaking, especially when there are more than 20 people. Move the talking person to the front page and highlight their box so I can tell who is talking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me reach hundreds of volunteers throughout the country and train using google slides. We were shut down during the pandemic, but we still needed to reach voters. Zoom allowed us to train thousands of volunteers and reach tens of thousands of voters. Thank you!

Using Zoom connects our students to knowledge and resources across the nation - and is accessible for them from wherever they are
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it is zoom or if it is my lack of knowledge about using capabilities beyond the basics of screensharing, polling, breakout rooms - perhaps more trining needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems for meetings and/or presentations of time demanded for travel both locally within the same city as well as from elsewhere. This is true for Women in Neuroscience and also for a support group I lead
