I have a very good experience with zoom it is easy to use and very reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to schedule online meetings you can communicate and interact with your colleagues from distance.
What do you dislike about the product?
it has time limits for basic plan and fee is high

it is very helpful when need to arrange virtual classrooms and held meetings

Zoom - Quick and easy communication
What do you like best about the product?
The creation of the room and the configurations are very easy, its interface is intuitive, this software is ideal for meetings with my colleagues who are outside the country.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio and video delay when having a teleconference with more than 10 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and money, we no longer have to be physically in the office to have meetings.

Productive tool for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that i can be able to see people on camera that I work with, as I've previously missed working in office every day with people, and I love the ability to share my screen as we can work together actively or present on something all while working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
As from my perspective view I see that zoom is headed at the right way,I have no negative comment on it since it works best for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me stay organized and productive,while working remote I can keep meeting with crucial users daily and keep things moving forward and getting information as well as working meetings all while sitting at home on my computer."

What do you like best about the product?
The first time I used Zoom, it came up to my mind that Zoom was impressed tool to collaborate with other people and share something in one big screen. On the other words, Zoom is user-friendly because it is easy to navigate it. Besides it has variety tools,such as: breakout rooms and the capability of recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Zoom for long time,it can make us feel exhausted especially for the clients. Another issue for the usage of Zoom is the unable meeting schedule of meeting to be edited or deleted by the new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To sum up, I can say some sentences:
1. Zoom is an effective tool for doing collaboration among teams.
2. In my experience, Zoom meetings can reduce the movement cost or operational costs of the organization.

Honestly there is no much that I can say negativity about zoom .

Best video conferencing app to connect with people
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use interface of this app, everything looks quite easy to understood while in fornt of your eyes
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there is no option for web browser support, Zoom should allow us to continue with browser while joining any call instead of donwlaoding the zoom file first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to connect with my fellow colleague while working outside the office, Zoom has some cool feature to provide , People can share their screen and use realtime transcript option as well for better understanding

it has only 40 min call time limit it is not long enough for any conversation unless for me as an student who give tutions to under scholars .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have students who enrolled in my course and they are from different places. zoom is solve the problem of long distance interactions.
Super easy to use and implement
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use & implement- easy scheduling of calls, recordings of the same to act as repositories, AI summaries help focus on the call instead of jotting down notes, and sharing screens with the option of windows and tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few glitches wherein sometimes I can't share a tab instead of the whole window, the AI summary vanishes, and recordings don't take place. This has to be then escalated. For a tool that has to be used on a daily basis it would be good to not have these issues persist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While there are a few, the biggest problem it solves is that it offers AI summaries so I do not have to focus on taking notes during the call. Although there are a few glitches, I can record calls and listen in later to gain insights and look for missing pieces.
