What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and a platform that people are familiar with so I can use it for external meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a time when a recording bug caused an important meeting to not get recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple way to video conference and screen share at a reasonable cost.
Essential Platform for Effortless Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Zoom Workplace. I'm very used to using it, and it's the only platform I use now for meetings. I appreciate that we can have multiple people on one call, and obviously, we can see each other. I also find the breakout rooms facility very useful, and I've utilized it before. The call recording feature is fantastic. Additionally, the AI transcription capability is amazing, as it helps transcribe meetings, eliminating the need to take notes manually.

I use Zoom Workplace for work meetings as it allows multiple people on a call with video. The breakout rooms and call recording are fantastic, and the AI transcription is amazing.

One of the advantages of using Zoom Workplace is the wide range of features it provides. It's easy to use and the helpful links via customer supports helps a lot. We use it from time to time.

There really isn't anything negative to mention. In fact, Zoom Workplace is truly the best!

Easy and free, but with some interruptions.

I love Zoom Workplace because it is easy to use and has few problems. It is also available at any time and free, which I greatly appreciate.

Sometimes, for example, it hangs and sometimes it disconnects and reconnects during the meeting.

It brings chat, meetings, file sharing, and announcements into one platform, reducing the need to switch between multiple tools.

There are some limitations when it comes to offline collaboration, and I also have certain concerns regarding security perceptions.

User-Friendly, Time-Saving, but Resource-Heavy
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace easy to use and very easy to manage meetings. I appreciate that we don't need many apps for calendar, meetings, and chat. I like that Zoom Workplace provides AI free of cost, which saves us time as it directly adds dates and tasks to the calendar. Overall, I think this app is the best for meetings and any type of educational purpose, and my team found it very easy to understand.

I don't like that it takes more space like heavy software and slows down our device.

I use Zoom Workplace because it simplifies managing meetings and chat without needing many apps, and it saves time by adding dates and tasks directly to the calendar.

Ease of use for both presenters/meeting organizers as well as participants.

Notifications to participants of a private chat message coming to them. Often overlooked by participants so there must be something about how those notifications come/are received.

Occasionally, Zoom Workplace can feel a bit overwhelming due to the number of features, and some settings are not always intuitive. However, once you’re familiar with it, it works very well overall.
