Easy, stable and scaleable way to meet with teams anywhere in the world.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. I work with a number of Seniors and they were able to catch on to using Zoom quickly. Some have issues with knowing how to mute themselves but other than that. They got it quickly and I like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The host should have the ability to mute and unmute anyone in their meeting. From time to time, people have children, dogs and background noise that should be muted and unmuted by the host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a number of Senior adults who are not tech savvy at all. Being able to meet by simply sending an email link has given me the ability and flexibility to convene meetings with anyone at any time in any place.
Zoom does the job!
What do you like best about the product?
You can set it up for a large group mtgs with 1000 people. It helps with large meetings and adding people who just want to listen in but not necessarily participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mute is confusing to use.it works well. No, it serves its porpoise well.Make it easier to mute and u mute. As soon as possible for improvements id like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to have large group meetings. Some other apps have a limit but Zoom I can go up to 1000. Yes. It's productive. Performance has increased. Easier to get meetings done quickly
My review of zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have a screenshare. I also like the modality of being able to move my body around when I want to present - like I am an icon and I think you guys should advertise that more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the recordings and how to access them were a bit easier. I wish there was a survey option. I also would like there to be a way to access the chat as a transcript or if there is a way that that is easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier to work with people who don't live near me. It's also making it helpful to just connect with friends and family - I wish the free version was a bit longer.
Powerful tool for meetings, trainings, and events
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing participants online makes a bid difference to the quality of the meeting. It enables us to offer programming to participants all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people don't have enough bandwidth to stay visible in the meeting, or their screen freezes and sound becomes garbled. It may not be a zoom problem, but I wish their was a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attendance in our programs has been limited to people who can afford to travel where the event is being held. Now that barrier is gone and we are able to serve a wider audience.
Excellent teaching tool
What do you like best about the product?
I work with low-income students and most of them don't own a computer, but they can take their lessons through zoom. Despite not being very tech-savvy, they were able to download the application without any problem and start using it with minimal training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whiteboard is not as good. It's much easier to write on a real board, so Math classes are a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pandemic forced us to use zoom, but now I would never go back to in-person classes. We save on rent and the classes are as efficient. Moms with little children can study with us. They just mute themselves until it's time for them to participate. Then we hear all the crying and the baby noises, but some of my best students are young mothers with infants that could have never been able to study without zoom.
Also, many students could never make it to class because of traffic and work schedule. Now they can take their class right after they leave their job, for they don't have to get to a physical room and they can also see the recording if they miss a part of it.

Brilliant video conferencing application
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Zoom is easy to use providing a rich experience. The polls and whiteboard features make it easy to have control over the class when I teach my students. The upper cap on the number of participants is sufficient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video acts abnormal and flashy to the extent that it feels useless to the other person sitting. Quality depends on network speed. I live in a suburban region where speed often fluctuates resulting in the poor video output which is irritating at times

Cost-effective solution to provide an online learning experience with a minimum amount of investment. I can reach a greater number of students now. Moreover, the sessions can be recorded which would not be otherwise possible in offline classes.
Zoom has enabled the homebound in our community to participate in activities from home via computer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the aspect that it enables people to participate from their homes when they are unable to do so in person and get the most out of community activities including church bible studies. Covid really put our communities at a standstill and we had to stay at home. We had to shelter our vulnerable elderly loved ones from getting Covid. People had to become creative with communication and Zoom really stepped into to fill the void. It really helped those who wanted to do a group chat and see people much easier from a computer than on the tiny screen of their cell phone. After Covid, it has addressed a new need. It has enabled us to go out into our communities and hook up computers for the ill, and homebound members of our community so they can participate in activities they did before Covid and before their decline in health. Some people still prefer human socialization so we do a hybrid model where some people participate in person and other people are on Zoom. We can see each other via a television screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that I use Zoom from a remote countryside area. If your internet goes down for a minute as the Host of the meeting it provides errors for the rest of the users and after about 5 minutes shuts them off Zoom and you have to restart a new meeting. There needs to be a function where you can set a secondary host for the meeting and if your internet goes out and you are dropped from the meeting the secondary host is automatically made the temporary host until you log in and restore yourself as primary host. Right now it just errors up and everyone is dropped from the meeting. I am not exactly sure how this type of idea would be accomplished software wise but it would enable the meeting to continue seamlessly among participants and not force those who are not as tech savvy to try to figure out how to relog into a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned about it is enabling those who are unable physically to attend a meeting to do so from the comfort of their homes and be a participant in their organizations and communities in new ways.
Connecting people easily around the world
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it can connect teachers to parents, students and colleagues around the world. Recently I have been participating in trainings using Zoom and it is easy to share your screen and record the session so you can go back and review anything you missed live.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I encountered was when I was teaching students virtually. I wasn't always able to mute and then unmute the students. Some of my younger students had difficulty when it was time to unmute themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is connecting me to people who aren't working in the building with me. I can train with someone from another country. I can meet with parents virtually about their students without them having to come into the school. It is making meetings easier.
I use Zoom EVERY SINGLE DAY. It is my virtual office and I rely on it for operating my business.
What do you like best about the product?
We are pleased with call quality, settings options, recordings and storage, chat, and webinar features. We love that the solution provides us the ability to have meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, to be able to record then archive our sessions, and to interface with YouTube and Facebook Live to broadcast webinars and conversations with the general public.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike about Zoom other than the natural limitations imposed by internet connection speeds from call participants. Of course it would be wonderful if video was a slightly higher resolution in order to be able to use the recordings for more purposes, but given cost, and general functionality, we couldn't be happier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom serves as both a solution for creating a virtual office via our internal meetings, as well as a solution to creating a public space to communicate with various external constituencies in a variety of formats.
Changing Diapers between Zoom meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an effective tool to get meetings happening in this very virtual world. Definitely a necessity when multiple callers are dialing in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really worng with the product, I just would prefer the opportunity to be in front of people in real life more often -- but can't complain since it's extremely convenient to jump from one meeting to the next. Sometimes though, it can lead to fatigue if one forgets to take proper breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helpful in getting multiple parties on a call, especially when they're not part of my org and we need a simple-to-install system.
