Easy to Schedule Call
What do you like best about the product?
Like the easyness of the use of scheduling the call and recording it. Also it integrates very well within the Google Calender.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the support and billign part meaning it was not easy to get this available we got stuck for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing feature to talk with our prospect over a video call and facility to record it also very helpful.
Business meetings over zoom are the best, easiest thing to set up and I love that it's free.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has improved since 2020. They have worked on glitches to make it better. From time to time there might be a glitch but they improve it quickly. When I first started with Zoom when they first came out it totally sucked. I couldn't even make an account back then because it would tell me that I wasn't eligible. Once in a great while after an update I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work properly. Very grateful for Zoom. Without it I wouldn't get to meetings that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app works well enough, but there is a major problem that makes it almost unusable. The menu will pop up constantly throughout a meeting (I can't quite narrow it down, but it seems to be related to when people join/leave).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving a customer’s problem via Zoom meetings can be a much faster and more organic method of interaction. But you shouldn’t jump on a video call with every single customer. Video works best for complex or unique issues that are hard to explain and resolve over email, text, or phone, so you should reserve this support channel for more complicated problems.
