It's easy to create meetings and send out invites to others
What do you like best about the product?
Once a set up a meeting, it immediately takes me to out email to send out invites. No multiple steps
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform may be unstable but I'm not sure if that's a Zoom problem or an internet problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it really easy to reach a large audience

What do you like best about the product?
I like the "Share" feature best. This feature works best for my students in learning a visual language. I also work with a competitor, but did not work well at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some lessons on how to use some of the features like Whiteboard would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me teach people all over the world how to communicate with the Deaf Community! And I love it!
Still my favorite tool for video-conferencing!
What do you like best about the product?
I rarely have connectivity problems with Zoom, and I like the different view options. I also like the various filters and the ease of sending invites. I appreciate the frequent updates, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the chat didn't only show entries from when you logged on, instead of the beginning of the meeting. I wish there were a record of the meetings I've had, regardless of whose account I used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting clients and colleagues is now instant, with no travel time or expenses, and far more comfort. I work with many clients who are an airplane ride away, so Zoom makes it feel like we're in the same place, any time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up a meeting. I also like how Zoom records and downloads after each meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I have experienced any dislikes. When I'm using Zoom i just think about using it not critiquing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the hassle of having to go from one place to another for a meeting. It is convenient.
Zoom: the future of meetings is now
What do you like best about the product?
I like most how you're able to speak with many people at a time. Families from all over can come together through Zoom and discuss matters "face-to-face" without having to travel. It makes some life things easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems when you dial-in to a meeting, you don't get the some capabilities that other attendees have like to chat. If you're able then it's not easy to figure out. I believe programs like this should have features that are easy to figure out without having to run to IT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be frank, when I don't want to attend a meeting or such in-person (especially due to Covid-19), then all I'd have to do is click a link. It's perfect and it saves so much time. Hassle-free.
Zoom Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use; low-resource use. Just works
What do you dislike about the product?
I've given a low rating because I had an extremely important even for which I bought a 1,000 connection package. But no instructions were given about "activating" that option. So, when the day of the event arrived—which was my sister's funeral—people were unable to enter. This was an extremely disappointing and traumatic experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, I rarely use Zoom.
Simple - Quick - Familiar
What do you like best about the product?
I can create a meeting in seconds and have my whole (remote) team aboard. I can plan and invite clients and no matter their technology IQ, they can get on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates when I'm not expecting them - like just about to start a meeting and then have to wait. Why? Could it happen overnight or can I schedule?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with Design clients in remote locations and screen share lets me easily show what I'm doing for them. No more office lease! Whole team is remote.
Wonderful user friendly program
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very user friendly video program. The features are easy to find and their locations make sense. Zoom allows all the features I rely on, like screen sharing from all members of the chat, writing on the screen, and a chat box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that on a mobile device, you aren't able to write on the screen. This was a problem occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was an immediate answer to remote education. It's also helped provide an avenue for trainings that we would have otherwise been unable to have due to distance and covid.
Thanks to Zoom I have business partners all over the country!
What do you like best about the product?
There are no boundaries, I can meet with my business partners in all 50 States completely secure and HIPPA compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there are none, except that it is not a free service.

Zoom is solving the distance problem. It allows me to have a nationwide distribution network.
I like Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is familiar to most users. I find it easy to set up appointments but often get confused with time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The various commands are difficult to find and are not logical--I wish the tabs were labeled better. For example the zoom + might mean set up a new conference or it might mean something else. I struggle to find share buttons, and other commands. There must be a more logical way to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal one on one conferencing allowing me to use video examples--also the recordings are easy to understand if you can remember to hit record-perhaps a reminder-do you wish to record this session?
