Zoom has been great!

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting face to face when it is needed. Easy of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality. Would like to be able to unmute all at one time. Instead of asking a question. Only if the person has allowed this in settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Do not have to travel as much. When face to face meeting are required it serves the purpose very well

What do you like best about the product?
Covid ended my in-school cartoon classes. Zoom reopened the door to 16 kids in a classroom with 16 iPads. Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
During online improv classes the one-at-a-time audio nature of Zoom limits creative collaboration. I suppose the alternative is an audio mess. At least it didn't let Covid stop us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowed me opportunities to earn money teaching kids cartooning remotely. It has also allowed me to continue studying improv remotely via Los Angeles and Chicago.

The perfect app for commercial and non commercial video conferencing

What do you like best about the product?
For the business purpose meeting, sharing link or screen. Easy to access the zoom. Affordable plans. The quality of the video and audio are best. Supporting Google Calendar also.
What do you dislike about the product?
While if the application will run directly on the web instead of downloading the app. When we invite someone to meeting they need to download the app. If they are rarely using zoom. Then if they have direct access from the web it's more convenient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cost.....if you need to arrange a meeting we need Rooms, manpower, transport....etc. Now it's very easy to use. Save money and time. And most comfortable way to attend meeting or class.

Zoom as a powerful healing tool!

What do you like best about the product?
As someone living with Multiple Sclerosis who spends a lot of time at home, zoom allows me to connect with others around the world also living with MS. I'm able to use zoom for MS.UNDERSTOOD podcast meetups to further our learning on episode topics, facilitate support groups, and offer social meetups so we can learn from each other and support one another through the hardships of living with an incurable progressive neurological condition. My connections on zoom help me stay focused on living well with MS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish zoom used AccessiBe or similar so I could make more accessibility adjustments. I have a permanently damaged optical nerve that makes screen time limited. While I can control my own background, I'd love to be able to filter other participants who have bright white backgrounds or painful lights that are visible to me. Thank you for your consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to live where I can afford to live and remain connected. Following my disability retirement I could no longer afford to live in the Bay Area. I now stay connected to family, friends, my awesome care team @ Stanford...all through zoom. I have also been able to access incredibly helpful healing tools because of zoom: an EFT Specialist in the UK, an anxiety coach in Canada, etc. -- and also connect with potential podcast guests around the world. In a world that still leans towards Ableism, in a Pandemic, living with a neuro-immune condition is limiting. Zoom keeps doors open for me. It's often my window to the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides us with an essential value where we could be able to connect with other people easily and the available features are also user-friendly where we could able to use it easily. The customer support of the system also did a really good job where they response to our problem really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no issue with the system so far however ZOOM could be able to upgrade its interface since it looks a bit old-fashioned. Other than that, ZOOM did a pretty good job to provide a reliable system for us to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could easily integrate with my Google Workspace and calendar apps so that we could able to sync our tasks easily. Furthermore, the audio and video quality is way more better than Google Meet and Microsoft Teams

An easy and convenient online meeting tool!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy setting up online meetings in Zoom even with people outside our organization. Easy to access. The call and video quality is smooth. In general, I am really comfortable using Zoom so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not have any serious uncomfortable experience with Zoom, except that I encounterred certain difficulty to access with low-speed internet. Also, it is also not a competitive choice for me as a freelance now for a paid version of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom made my online meetings an easy task with paid version.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, options to facilitate my meetings in a professional manner, and dollar savings by cutting back on travel expenses. I prefer Zoom over Teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is always my preferred platform because I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for meetings but have not yet used it for business solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been very reliable and easy/friendly to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to take someone out of the Zoom meeting, but I still want them to be able to come back in. If I send the guest away, the Zoom account doesn't allow them to come back in, and I'd like that changed to give the option to block from the remaining meeting or be able to allow them back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet, even last minute, is a very productive way to do business.

What do you like best about the product?
Responsive communicative customer service, matched with an open-mindedness to provide flexibility and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates are hard to stay on top of at times. If I could receive a text telling me that I will need to update my Zoom or Even an email to let me know as soon as the newest update comes out; I wouldn't be surprised 3 mins before the meeting I am hosting needs to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving Teachers, students, parents, and administrators of public school being able to meet togther at the same time, eventhough schedules are very tight, with limited time, allowing us to keep compliance with Federal documentation. Also, allowing congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses around the earth to meet virtually if they are not able to meet in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up calls - both ad-hoc and scheduled.
Multi-platform access is great - website, mobile app on iOS or Android - all work seamlessly
Admin controls are thoughtful and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying meeting information from the site copies over a ton of metadata not really needed.
Call quality when connected over the computer audio can be occasionally spotty
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings for non-profit organizations' operational activities. This allows our teams to have regular scheduled weekly calls. Also allows us to have ad-hoc calls with external stakeholders
