Zoom is always there when I need it. I work a lot on video, and having a paid Zoom account is handy
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone knows how to use it, so all my clients can jump in and be productive with me quickly without arguing about video and audio like in other platforms, especially web based platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues with the screen share button appearing on Windows. It has never done it to me on Mac or Linux, but that's probably Microsoft's fault anyway
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to see and hear my clients, have an easy way to screen share, and be able to draw with my iPad when things get intense. I love whiteboard and screenshare features along with minimizing the amount of time I waste fixing audio and video problems
Reliable and solid. With limited integration capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
Video conferencing is the future, and zoom is easy to use and understand. And for the most part it is universally accepted. From my grandma to my college students - everyone can figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 45 minute cap is a bummer for non-paid accounts. Though I understand it. And I wish that the export quality of recorded meetings could be higher for audio and video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can reach across the globe to connect with coworkers and customers (congregation members for us) in a simple and meaningful way. It allows us to have face-to-face interactions quickly and effiecently.
User friendly and professional
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and efficient it is. I can use it for both business and pleasure and feel confident with the tools I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting can be difficult. I've had an issue with my screen view for some time now and I haven't figured out how to correct it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with people from across the country and the globe

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and flexibility for the widest number of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I get invited to use other platforms. I would prefer to still use Zoom on my end and others can use theirs. Like iPhone to Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the closest thing to meeting in person. So many conversations and relationships can be advanced before meeting in person.
Zoom is a great place for online meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact we can all still be in our offices and still meet with other people in different cities or states without having to leave our desks! Same with city pre-apps were able to meet with them without leaving our office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least downfall would be it does allow people to not use their camera, but I also understand some people not being comfortable with that option. Overall though we don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently don't have any issues! We use zoom two times a week currently and love it! We find it very productive for what we need, and def. recommend it to anyone thinking of using it.
Great for Staffing Industry
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule and host meetings for 3rd parties. I use it in the staffing/recruitment industry because I can arrange interviews and observe aswell.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has a limit to the length of meetings. This can cause disruptions to the interviews I host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing the need to travel for companies who need to interview candidates from out of the area.
A highly effective video-conferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive and straightforward, enough so that our clients who have little to no knowledge of how to video-conference are able to jump right in. it's been a significant time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop UI isn't the most appealing or useful, and I'd like to see better integration with calendars. Other than that I've been satisfied with Zoom in our use over the last couple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables us to connect quickly and easily with our coaching clients across the country, saving us a significant amount of time and money in the process. Plus the screen sharing is useful.
Better Than Google Meet, (Hands Down)
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the consistency of Zoom quality of experience. I have used alternatives and they are almost always choppy and we have to switch over to Zoom. I like the ability to record as well. Mobile is also very dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the settings require me to enable sharing. Sometimes it is a bit harder to control my video and mute buttons on Mobile. Sometimes the length of the URL is pretty long to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All meetings both ad hoc and otherwise are easy to set up. I can run my entire meeting scheduled on Zoom. I also love the integration to google calendar making things easy.

What do you like best about the product?
We love zoom and the scalability of virtual meetings for our business. It saves us HOURS of driving around and doing consultations as we use it for our business. Also, now that we are able to be anywhere and talk with clients anywhere with "Real In Person" Meetings, it allows us to make better connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing we dislike about Zoom. From all of the solutions we've used in the past, zoom has been the best and the more reliable platform for our business and most widely adapted by our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving our ability to host meetings in all different places, different timezones and interact with our clients no matter where they are at. It allows us to scale the business and offer a great experience for our clients at the same time.
Use it Daily - No Longer have to go to office
What do you like best about the product?
It's a seamless program. Works very well for hosting online meetings for your day to day. I have also participated in some very large 500+ person meetings, which include advanced features such as closed captioning, language translators, the ability to unmute participants at will to answer questions, etc. It is a very broad and diverse tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I really dislike. It would be nice if it could prompt you to disable video when bandwidth slows. Or if you could pin multiple speakers. Right now you can only pin one speaker, or use gallery or speaker mode. It would be cool if you could be in speaker mode, but still pin someone, or pin a couple folks at a time to a grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work from home! I no longer have to go into the office because of tools like zoom. The scheduling features and application integrations (API) are also pretty cool and help integrate with daily business life.
