Zoom has assisted me personally and professionally to be successful.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to create or schedule meetings. It's also very easy to join a meeting in progress that I was invited to. The screen sharing feature allows us to share ideas and convey concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom feature seems hyper-sensitive to fluctuations in internet or wi-fi service. A service disruption for any application can be disappointing. However, Zoom meetings or classes are usually of a much higher importance and attendees are often instructors, doctors, board members, etc. The service is being paid for and the disruptions are not what we pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, attendance, file sharing, committee meetings, classes and consultations are all reasons we have used Zoom. Our organization has benefited most by being able to communicate via Zoom.
Zoom is reliable and essential for success
What do you like best about the product?
I love the features, flexibility, and most importantly, the reliability of the platform. There is no lag in voice data transfer which prevents people from interrupting/ stepping over each other. This is critical for inclusive organizations. The virtual background are awesome too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope over time, they can make improvements on the cutting around us humans when using virtual backgrounds. Just like our phone cameras have improved greatly over time, I'm this feature will too. I don't have anything else to add here. There's a lot to love about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote-first company. It's imperative to use technology products like Zoom to create valuable connections, share real-time reactions and collaborate with ease with our customers, partners and employees. When face to face isn't possible, this is the next best thing for live interactions. It's an essential startup tool for success.
Not a clear cut and simple to use as it makes out to be. could be a lot more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because It is very good with multiple numbers attending a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have set up a number of meetings only to find that participants didn't receive their invitation or that I couldn't find how to simply invite who needed to be at the meeting which was extremely frustrating .This should be set up for dummies not just experienced IT people. because it is dummies like me who run many of the companies that will need your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More and more people are not working from an office and are spread out around the world and so zoom provides a means of holding a professional private meeting bringing all of these people together as if they were all in the same room.which when it is working as it should is very beneficial.

Ease of use and great features. Screen sharing is fantastic and very easy and quick to hop on a meeting

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used zoom to jumpstart distance learning in 2020. I was happy with all the new features that zoom came out with since then! Cov*d has changed the way board meetings take place, we rely on zoom to accommodate those who are unable to attend.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate, saves time, and connects me with my customers and team members quickly. I love the ability to see others and share documents. We use it for teaching and training sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get knocked out at times and have to sign back in. Or if the internet is unstable, the screen freezes. It takes a while to have the recording download to my computer.

Connections with customers and team members timely. Allowing everyone to participate even if remote. Zoom helps me save time by reducing travel and speed decision-making

What do you like best about the product?
I manage my schedule using google calendar. I can create new appointment and upload it in google calendar, then share it with all the participants. I don' thave to worry about time zones and changing appointment is easy.
It also has whiteboard functionality (which I occasionally use) and high quality virtual background of my choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
when somebody joins and is waiting in the waiting room, pop up alert can be bigger.
There should be a functionality to notify the speaker of approaching time limit for the allotted speaking time.
Even better, there should be a timer set up that's visible to the speaker and the host.

I do a lot of collaboration wiht colleagues around the world. Virtual meeting and sharing screen are essential for my work. Zoom makes international collaboration easy.
Zoom in the best virtual conferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely user-friendly and has many features, such as the whiteboard, which makes it easy to collaborate across teams. Zoom is also my preferred platform to conduct training sessions and workshops because it allows you to create and assign breakout rooms, allowing smaller groups to work closely together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I wish Zoom was the standard, honestly. At my job, I'm forced to use Google Meets, which is a truly inferior conferencing tool. Also, when I've used Microsoft Teams, I've had a similar experience where the features are less user-friendly, and it is hard to navigate the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to communicate quickly and efficiently. When I need to hold face-to-face meetings for my business or something personal, I can easily schedule meetings and invite those I need to. Zoom is also very accessible so even if someone needs to join the meeting by phone, it is easy to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's interface is extremely user-friendly -- it's easy to navigate the various functions via the bar at the bottom of the screen, whether you want to view participants, react, change your background, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version of Zoom allowed users to meet for longer than 30 minutes; all of my recent meetings have been cut short for this reason, and it's not clear to me whether or not I can restart the meeting so that my guests and I can continue to meet

Communicating remotely with colleagues; interviewing and being interviewed by people; staying in touch with friends who live in different parts of the world; etc.
A must have virtual meeting software for every startups and small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great tool for video conferences and I've been using it for more than a year. I recently tried it with a group of people in India and it worked really well. We were able to use Zoom to create a video conference between our team in India.
What do you dislike about the product?
This thing I disliked about zoom is that it can be difficult to set up and use the desktop version. I am not sure how easy it is to use it on a tablet.
Also, the basic plan has a limit of just 100 attendees and the time limit is only 40 minutes.
The PRO version is expensive and it does not have an unlimited attendee plan

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a powerful tool for creating webinars and meetings. We use it at our company to hold meetings with remote teams. This is a great tool for remote teams to collaborate and share information. We also use it for customer support. We have a lot of customers that use Zoom to communicate with us. We use it for our internal support as well.
Easy to use for any Novice
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use - especially for people who are not familiar with web-based virtual meetings. It was easy to install and had been extremely useful when conducting meetings and online training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it had a breakout room feature. Otherwise, I can't think of any downsides.

Being able to perform live training across the country from the comfort of my home.
