Good quality audio and video, confusing UX

What do you like best about the product?
The audio and video quality of the connection is really good. It's easy to meet with a bunch of people and I like the webinar feature set. It works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface of the product EXTREMELY hard to figure out and use. Same with the way accounts are set up - like what is the difference between a free account and a licensed account? All of this could be much easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a remote team, so Zoom solves a LOT of these remote communication challenges, both internal to my team AND also regarding comms w/ external customers and partners.

Easy To Use

What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to schedule a web meeting, and we've never had an issue with someone having trouble opening a link on whatever device they're using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's distracting to be offered the many extra features available in Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings that can't be held in person, either because of geographical distances, or prudent protection against COVID.

A powerful and easy to use tool for online meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is ubiquitous to business these days, So many people are used to using Zoom that it is a breeze to schedule and very easy for those invited to use. It was easy to connect to HubSpot and works seamlessly together. Support has been awesome when I've needed to contact them. We have 20 users under an enterprise license who use it several times a day for webinars, meetings, and Zoom calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything to mention that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, we no longer travel. This means client meetings, sales presentations, and more can still be done face-to-face without the need for travel.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to meet with people remotely. It saves on travel expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that many in my rural community do not have reliable broadband access to use Zoom successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of meeting people over a great distance. It also solves the problem of people who are not ready to meet in public due to Covid.

Ease of weekly meetings with our WFH policy
We use Zoom in place of satellite hook-ups
Perfect for remote interviews
More time meeting, less time fiddling with controls

What do you like best about the product?
We're able to communicate with clients throughout the world. We use it for our podcast sessions and for interviewing potential clients.

We haven't used any other video services, so I can't compare it to any others.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do run into some issues with European clients. Maybe that's just their connection.
Nothing else so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use the service with clients we never would have been able to connect with otherwise.
It has raised the level of guests to our podcast and the level of clients to our workshops.

Zoom's been a game changer for my business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the continued improvements and features always rolling out! Adding emojis and reactions has been a wonderful feature that helps us bridge the in-person and digital world. I love being able to share the audio from my computer giving participants the ability to choose breakout rooms has made hosting complicated events online so much better!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to chat something to ALL breakout rooms at once, rather than just broadcasting a message that disappears quickly and people may miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to share complicated info with my teams via screen sharing that otherwise would've required an in-person meeting and so it allows my team to continue to work remotely. Zoom allows for me to easily and affordably connect with clients all over the world which expands my prospecting pool and allows me to serve more people.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive user interface, easy to host multiple people and larger groups in a coaching container, great for recording virtual podcasts and workshops!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have many dislikes - I do not use Zoom every single day but when I do it works well. I wish I had a better understanding of the recording feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping with connection in a digital world. It is hard to have to many virtual events - but with Zoom and being able to see people, hear them, and have an almost "in person" feel is so amazing.

Functional and Reliable

What do you like best about the product?
I love the livestream recording features it allows me to stream live while recording. I have the recording features linked to my vimeo account which instantly transfers after the session is done, making it easier for my subscribers to watch at a later date or time.
What do you dislike about the product?
the internal speaker when playing music through the system at times is out of sync. There's feedback and often times my voice can be drowned out or sound very tiny. I use a headset and external mic to adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is consistently making improvements with software updates. I've noticed that with email updates and when I log in it alerts me that there has been an upgrade. My business performance has remained pretty steady.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only can you share data, pdf documents, etc. but you can also record and keep a record of the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If any party has a weak internet connection, there can be difficulty in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has become more robust and secure as it goes forward. This helps us build confidence in using it.
