Zoom is a great business tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great tool for businesses to connect on smaller and larger levels, for meetings, team building sessions and getting to know each other better in a remote environment. The emoji feature is fun as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all of the admin settings can be tricky to navigate, if the standard meeting settings are not a great fit for your specific company's needs. The chat feature can also be a bit distracting when you have a company-wide meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a tool that helps our team come together and connect in our remote-only environment. It also provides a better (less glitchy) connection than Google Meet often provides.

What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to connect with my team and clients any time anywhere, the connection is stable and background option.
What do you dislike about the product?
45min limit free version 1/1 meetings. It should be kept as it was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a global company, so I am able to communicate effectively with my team and clients.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everyone understands how Zoom works and how to sign on and use it. It requires no explanation. It is a quick way to schedule meetings or have team meetings. Easy to add people on and remove from the meeting too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much that I dislike about Zoom. It is easy to join in from anywhere. I would like to see an easier way to diagnose issues, such as why the call may be lagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few of the problems Zoom has helped solve is that we do not all have to be in the same room for a meeting. No matter where someone is on our team, or where someone is that we need to connect with, it makes it simple and easy. There is no need for face-to-face meetings, wasting driving time, and gas. We can interview more people because we do not need to meet in person. Love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and is well recognized. When I present a link for a course, my students are able to connect easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we have to take everyone off video to keep the course going. It bogs down with too many people on video. It would be helpful to have Zoom to allow full video capability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing people to attend classes if they are remote.

What do you like best about the product?
that the system has plenty of self-help articles, constantly evolving the system based on feedback from users. The monthly zoom improvements are great with the summary emails letting us know the additions, usually based on feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add sub-user accounts under the master - having to have separate ones. Also, we need to be able to hand over host ability to non-account holders without staff having to login to allow a teacher to record a meeting/class. Right now staff have to login as the host and hand over host control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting international events that allow for us to stay connected and allow presenters access to screen share etc across all countries. We have seen greater engagement from presenters being able to simply use the system to present.
Easy Peasy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made some great enhancements over the last few years with the features being very easy and front and center for the host and or cohosts to see. The security features are excellent. LOVE the ability to do bulk chats with everyone. One of my favorite features is the record to the cloud - So easy then to distribute a recording after the meeting. I also like the screen-sharing capability and the recurring meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are limited on a mobile device compared to a desktop device. It is not a big deal if you are a participant but if you are the host - there is a huge difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with anyone anywhere at any time from the luxury of my home office at a good price point. Makes business and even personal calls easy. The video is also really fun with the family when travel is a challenge.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create and start meetings. Zoom is also easy for anyone to use even if they do not have an account, they can just click on a link and connect vs other companies that either have issues connecting or the sound and mic are not working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that unlisensed accounts can only host meetings up to 45 minutes. It should be a flat hour like in the past. I also do not like when you add a second user to someone's account to make invites for them, they need to be licensed as well. If someone is an assistant to someone and will never use the zoom license themselves, it is a waste to have them pay that amount. So now this assistant has to log out their boss each time he or she needs a zoom link created and it gets tricky if they are already in a zoom but need a link made for a meeting happening right after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us stay connected with our team and clients more without having to physically travel there. Traffic is back and travel prices are high so zoom meetings are ideal.
Early Zoom Adopter
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Zoom long before it became ubiquitous during the pandemic. We needed better stability than Google Hangouts (which was also a poor choice for screen sharing) and we needed in-platform recording that Skype didn't offer, so Zoom was a great fit for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Zoom pretty much every day so it has become second nature. The only downside is that saving chats wasn't intuitive until I was shown how--a little tougher than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is my answer for both workplace, as well as the foundation I volunteer with--we use it for all our board meetings and other meetings as well. I was glad to bring Zoom there, years ago, as well.
Makes connecting easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can connect with my clients no matter where they are. It has made them attending my class a possibility and I love the apps you can utilize! Zoom is easy to navigate which makes it my pick !
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my passwords I send out don't work for attendees which has possibly cost me clients. this could be better by fixing the bug that causes this to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of having no way to get people educated in important areas of their lives and made it so those who aren't able to leave home to still participate.
ZOOM has transformed my business
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create secure meeting links, co-hosts on my team to help start meetings, recording/sharing capabilities, dial-in options and easy management of attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could get easier transcripts of meetings, smaller-less expensive recording packages, and add additional users on my team for lower cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily meet with people and develop relationships across geographic markets, or even within my own market without having to schedule time for travel. I can also easily connect through my phone and airpods and also connect on my computer for screen sharing at the same time. My team is remote 3/5 days per week and we mostly use ZOOM over Teams, even though we're on a microsoft platform. I also can record meetings for clients and host large groups, which increases my professionality and offerings.
