Zoom workplace review
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and implement for any user. it is smooth and easy to intergrate. ther is number of feature is there in zoom to do chat and share the file and recording everthing. Due to these feature it get used frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
some user find complex inter face and not user friendly specially non tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant shareing and video confrencing with large number of user.

Notes feature, and white boarding feature that lets you brainstorm ideas

Log in process and joining meeting process , and how zoom can u function well on browser compared to its app. Everytime I try to join meeting, it downloads app even though the app already exists, I find this feature unintuitive

Zoom Workplace has a pretty easy to use interface and integrates well with other software. Plus, cross platform accessiblity makes it seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite many advantages, Zoom Workplace has some downsides, including past security concerns such as "Zoom bombing" and data privacy issues. The platform can be resource-intensive, requiring a stable and fast internet connection, and its extensive feature set may overwhelm some users. Additionally, mastering advanced features can take time, and the cost for premium features can be prohibitive for larger organizations.

We use Zoom for conferencing and meetings. As a remote org collaboration is important, and the tools they offer help with that tremendously. Everyone knows how to use Zoom, and it has become the standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pretty expensive compared to compared. Oftentimes I wonder if Zoom is trying to do too much all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its the easy to use tool for conferencing, it seems everyone understands the interface and has become the standard.

So far, no suck issue detected. How ever, due to update, devices become obselete.

ONLINE classes, Joining virtual events, Webinars, Webcasts. Sometimes, get stuch due to audio-video compatibility.

Based on my experience its the most powerful videoconf tool out there. Its good at adjusting bandwith and is quite straight forward to use.
There are som negatives in that the client has to be upgraded and from time to time it fails to work if you lag behind in versions.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of new functions added to Zoom but i would advice on not becoming a suite that does everything and rather focus on playing well with other software applications. Becoming bloated is a bit of a feel at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well and is quite stable. Its also not as packed with additional things as from competitors. We use it in a lot of calls and its performing well.
