What do you like best about the product?
Joining a meeting from anywhere is so easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to open my waiting room instead of requiring people to land there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connections. You can work with a group of people around the world and still have a personal connection with them through zoom.

Zoom Review - Essential

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has changed the way many of us communicate for work, business, and even social. I remember being a beta tester for Zoom several years back. At that time it was a tool that was mostly only being used in the online education space. It has come a long way since then. Zoom has become essential for many businesses small and large to operate. It is easy to with a quick learning curve and intuitive navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not experienced many downsides directly related to Zoom itself. There is always the possibility of dropped connections and audio/video lag time; however, those are usually related to an internet connection. Meetings with multiple participants can sometimes lead to individuals speaking at the same time in which case it's difficult to follow the conversation as audio is overlapped (however, again this is not an issue related to Zoom itself, just a nuance of meeting etiquette.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with customers, clients and collaborators for business. It has allowed me to work from home efficiently and effectively with a high level of productivity and success.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can share my screen and I really love that I can use the remote control feature with my students to help them along. I generally will work with groups of students as well so the screen sharing and annotation helps tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that is that there are too many add ons for subscriptions. Some of the features should be included.I feel that many of the features could easily be included in my subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do online tutoring. Many times I'm able to annotate right on the screen share or I'm able to remote control the screen so that I can help with certain assignments.

Zoom makes my job and life easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom has the capacity to have smaller meetings and host training that can be upwards of 100 people for my organization. Zoom also integrates well with it's apps and other platforms, which streamlines my experience with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is mostly helpful. There have been a few times where the platform was down, but this doesn't happen often. Zoom is my go-to platform for all things interacting virtually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to remain interactive in meetings, allows me to have longer, more intensive meetings without worry it'll disconnect and solves the digital divide between some of my clients who may be older and less technologically advanced. Zoom is quick and easy to learn.

Zoom: An adequate application for business users

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom just works. Kind of like a pencil that is on my desk that is helpful whenever I need to write something down, Zoom is the video app for business that meets my basic requirements, which are that it works when it is supposed to.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a word: security. Zoom has had two very serious security related bugs on Macs (including one where it was installing a web server without authorization). It feels like Zoom (at least with the Mac client) hasn't adopted a 2022 business security posture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides a way to video call with business contacts. I'm in sales, and getting "face to face" with a customer helps build credibility and ultimately make sales.

Zoom Into your most effective meetings

What do you like best about the product?
The Screen sharing and the reverse screen sharing. Screen sharing is a must in my business allowing me to share my screen with clients. Reverse screen sharing is as well. Oftentimes my clients are not well versed in computer technology. RS allows them to share their screen with me, I can ask for permission to access their screen and complete tasks on their behalf, or demonstrate a product. This was a game-changer for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any aspect of the software that I don't like. I have issues with my background screen, I contribute that to the age of my computer. For older computers, the use of virtual backgrounds could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home, especially during the pandemic. Zoom has provided a means for me to connect with my customers without having to leave my home office. On a personal level several organizations I participate in have continued to grow and function at a level they had prior to the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, has a friendly environment, and I can find the feature to create and share. I enjoy the quality and possibilities to be public and private.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find some features. but using the support it was always possible to solve difficult issues. Maybe what could be made better is breaking into rooms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do some hybrid formation and reach out to people in different places with great quality sound, video and sharing screen. For ongoing formation, it is very important!

Zoom is Beyond Unresponsive

What do you like best about the product?
Has the fundamental elements I need for web events and meetings for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
By far the worst customer support and care I've ever experienced from a major brand. I've tried to get answers to my questions numerous times with no luck. Again and again they send emails asking for my feedback, I provide it and they never respond. This is on top of a dozen support tickets I've submitted. I plan to leave Zoom for a competitor by the end of the year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business is entirely based on hosting virtual workshops. Zoom offers the solution I need, but their lack of responsiveness outweighs the value of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed several organizations, including my business stay connected during the pandemic and keep our projects running. It has also been an efficient solution for conducting virtual focus groups and one-on-one market research interviews. The recording feature is very helpful for reviewing interviews during results reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is nice to meet in person at times and stay connected that way. I am unfamiliar with how to set up Zoom rooms but the feature has been useful when I have been a participant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an efficient solution to bring together people from all over the country without having to actually travel.

Simple and easy

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an easy tool for me to connect with people and everyone knows how to use Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing the standard setting is not easy to figure out. For example, when in meetings I used to always have to give permission to screen share, it took a while to figure out how to set as a default anyone can share no permission needed. Or changing the lobby room and let people join automatically. You can do it but you should ask during set up what is the user preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel. Zoom has saved me time and money and reduce my travel time as I work in multiple time zones
