Easy to use and most others use it as well

Hard to connect at times, maybe have more options for backgrounds, etc

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a constant effort to improve and integrate new features into our zoom clients enabling us share ideas.
It has exceptional customer service, account managers and ticket excalation enabling us talk to one another creating space for acquiring more customers from far.
It allows us to arrange online sessions with atleast 5people which this helps me as the product manager to offer counselling sessions and advices to the team and clients.

It has much advantages that I don't see any dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to connect with atleast 5 and more people in one meeting as this allows us discuss emergency issues.

To be perfectly honest, there's nothing I dislike about zoom we've been using this platform since 2020 and for sure there are no regrets

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of zomm is Meeting Customization and Control. I used it very frequently to intrect with my US collegue. Its also very easy to use as no signup or login required to join mettings.

what i not like about zoom is sometime its crashed in between of metting which is bad.

It helps users to quickly connect with buisness heads with video and audio...and there is a option called "notify when available", this helps users to know when the required person is available.

I totally like the cohesion, harmony, collaborative productivity it ignites! What a Platform for virtually meeting, conferencing, collaboration and communication. Makes Traffic execution easy as it enables us meet, share, check on progress, make decisions, regardless of where colleagues and management are.

Its a super effective online meeting, conferencing, communication, coordination and collaboration platform for us that we find little fault with as long as internet is strong. And lack of that would be the only downside infact.
