Zoom has helped keep my business afloat
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been imperative in my business on a daily basis since the pandemic began. As a small business that was 100% face to face zoom has allowed us to seamlessly switch to a hybrid model with ease. Allowing us to have meetings any time, with any number of people, recording and all their other options has made meetings and running a business easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I don't have any complaints about the zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to work virtually and allow a flexibility with recorded meetings that we didn't have full access to before. Should someone miss an important meeting or training they can simply watch it when more convenient for them. We are able to better schedule meetings internally and externally without having to travel.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and the screen share feature is easy to use and a lifesaver when working with a co-worker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the login feature for scheduled meetings is a little slow to pick up& you'll have to log out of Zoom and then re-login and re-start the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to review a person;s work on screen and help them to resolve the issues in real time
Zoom is the best and more complete videoconferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom works perfectly. The audio and video quality of the calls are excellent, sharing screens, remote access, breakout rooms, chat, reactions, and security, are all features that make Zoom the best tool out there for videoconferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a couple of things that could be better integrated like Google Calendar. You have a plugin for this matters, but sometimes it does not work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we have several ways to do video calls (Google Meets, Slack Hangouts, and Zoom). Every tool has its advantages and disadvantages, but when it comes to contact with external prospects, we always use Zoom, because you know that it will work flawlessly, always.
Zoom great for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy it is to use, all while having a ton of different options available to make sure you have the absolute best meeting experience you can possibly have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand they need to make money, but I feel like the "Free" version of Zoom should be a little bit longer than the 40 minute allowance they originally give you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed our team to work better and more smoothly with our remote team members. We have sales staff all across the country and can only physically see them once a year, so this has definitely helped ease that.
The Best Video Meeting Program
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Webx, Teams, and others - Zoom is simply the easiest to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my scheduled meetings do not show up in the Zoom client dashboard - I have to go to my calendar or email and click on the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in the insurance business. So many employees work remotely now. Zoom allows us to still have that one-on-one, 'face-to-face' meeting with employees when we help them during their enrollment. A very important function in zoom is us being able to give control of the mouse/screen to the employee so they can sign their documents.
Zoom is is very user friendly and allows me flexibility to effectively present my material.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and screen features, such as screen sharing and display options, i.e., such as gallery vs. speaker view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to use the split screen option when recording in screen-sharing sharing mode. I don't like the little screen in the corner of the recordings.
I am disappointed in the customer service. I have asked numerous questions about a concern I have about this issue and have had no response. I would like to be able to talk to a real person about my concerns.

I am able to produce videos of my courses and interact with my clients across the globe.
Best product on market but still room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the most useful and accessible (can use on desktop, able to use it on phone, and even call in to use it on the go) platform on the market right now. It's the industry leader so most people you interact with have the product and there is no hastle using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While zoom is everywhere, sometimes the UI and settings can be a bit frustrating to deal with. I feel it can kinda be seen as clunky and a few features are behind competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of employees and customers communicating across the world and not being in person. We've moved a lot of our onboardings onto Zoom and no longer have to pay to fly people around the country for setups.
Accessibility is optional and hidden away in menus
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility features on zoom when the people who are leading the meeting are intent on accessibility are amazing, however there is a learning curve that many do not get over to accomplish this because they are optional features that are hidden away in menus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I cannot put an attachment in chat - sometimes in work meetings the entire meeting will be delayed trying to get an attachment into google drive and then make it shareable because it could not be simply put into chat the way that it needed to be. The view options are too limited. When screensharing from my own computer, the process of accessing my tabs at the top of my screen to switch between chrome tabs makes my zoom menu suddenly activate and block the way - just have it be a static menu that sits in one spot. When I'm hosting the meeting on mobile, the spot that normally would have chat suddenly has record, and that has caused tension in confidential meetings. The security features on zoom have gotten better but they've never been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work from home and knowing that most people have heard of zoom and know how to use at least the basics has been very helpful as a disabled person who is chronically ill and cannot guarantee I can get out of bed on any given day. I still am very limited in my professional capacity, but it is better than it would be if I had to get to meetings in person, and better than it would be if I constantly had to learn new video conferencing platforms or help others learn the video conferencing platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily and quickly schedule a meeting or session with clients, in any time zone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found so far that I dislike is that you can't schedule a quarter-hour session, like 10:45 or 10:15, besides that, it works great for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I know of.
Great Service!
What do you like best about the product?
We are primarily a "remote from home" company, Zoom makes it easy for us to still have face-to-face contact and share our screens despite being miles away from each other. It's also way cheaper than renting office space.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across any problems using Zoom. It's a great service that we will continue to use.

Zoom solves the problem of not being able to have face-to-face meetings due to team members living in various locations across the country. Zoom allows us to communicate easily with each other and share our screens so we can provide visuals to better get our point across.
