Zoom is the life blood of my business.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly, feature-rich, and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. Reliability is only an issue when you have a weak internet connection. When there is an issue with connectivity, it is hard to determine if the problem is on your end or with the other person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to easily communicate seamlessly with people from all over the world. I rely on Zoom for sales calls, presentations, and for educational purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user-friendly especially for those who are not very tech savvy. It's easy to learn, and uncomplicated even for those who are not very familiar with video calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video call interface can be ramped up a bit, instead of just looking at boxes, maybe there's something more fun Zoom can design for trainings, classes, events, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication. Before Zoom, there are mundane things you will need to communicate through a face to face meeting. Now, everything can be communicated through Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about zoom is that I can meet anywhere and always share what is on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do miss the in-person meetings. It's easy to gauge people easier when you are in the same room as they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping me safe from covid and allowing me to interact and share info over the screen any time I want. It is allowing me to be more productive
Easy to use, universally understood by users.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. The most difficult part is getting the app installed. After that, my clients just have to click on the link to get started. Zoom can integrate with a bunch of different programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Closed Captioning needs to be improved. Sometimes it's confusing when I'm sharing my screen to be able to see my clients and monitor their understanding at what is being taught.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of connecting virtually from wherever you are. I have clients all over the united states that I can reach via Zoom. It also allows me to share what I need to show my clients easier. (I love using visuals)
Recording is easy. I can record my podcasts, webinars, videos, and course content with Zoom and download it to work with later.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to conduct business, Bible Study, and connect with family and friends. There are several benefits with working with Zoom because I am able to share information from my computer, as well as sharing music or audio with those who are in the Zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the limits for not upgrading your Zoom account. For instance, you can use 40 minutes with Zoom Free Account, but in order to have more minutes, a webinar, or breakout rooms, I must pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has numerous updates that cause Zoom to work better each time. This benefits me because it lets me know that the Zoom staff is continuing to improve Zoom. Because of these updates, helps me to conduct better business meetings.
Great Platform for presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to gather a large group onto a presentation and have the opportunity to see them; making it interactive.

The time limit for the individuals that do not pay monthly premium fees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The opportunity to condense time by reaching a larger amount of individuals at one time. The opportunity of not having to drive to individual locations.
It is user-friendly and reliable. It has helped me a lot for work and personal communication.
What do you like best about the product?
It takes seconds to set up a one-time meeting or recurring meetings. It's very easy to invite others. And there are a lot of options in the settings to customize the session.
What do you dislike about the product?
When playing music (I teach dance classes on Zoom) the sound and the image are not always in sync. Even playing the sound through the computer doesn't always work well. Sound could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it possible for me to work from home and to reach my international students without having to travel as much. It's more convenient and cost-effective.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is available on many computing platforms and has feature parity between them. It is also easy to set up on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it to have auto-caption features built into the software like Microsoft Teams. I would also appreciate an upgrade in video quality (but I realize that depends on a user's computing platform).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a way to share programming and presentations all over the country for the organization I am working for. Zoom has given us the ability to reach individuals who can't attend our programs in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share my screen with my clients and provide mouse control has been amazing for making my speech therapy sessions more interactive and fun for my clients. I also love having access to the whiteboard and use the annotate feature quite often to draw and type while using screen share during my sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to pay for a pro account due to the 40-minute time limit. I wish this time limit only applied to meetings with more than 2 participants.
Also, clients who have a Chromebook can't access mouse control and I have found clients who are using an iPad (rather than a computer) have limited mouse control - they can sometimes click on things but can't click and drag, which is important in many online board games.

I like that Zoom is always working on making its platform as secure and user-friendly as possible. Having access to Zoom has allowed me to continue working with clients during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Everything I need as a business owner
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can stream directly into Facebook and YOuTube. There have been times where I've been blocked from going live inside my FB Group but Zoom saved the day. Using Zoom I could successfully stream into the group with no problems!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to livestream directly into my FB group when I've been blocked by Facebook which makes me more productive. I also pre-record other videos using the software.
