Zoom bombing incidents, encryption concerns,Some of Zoom's user interfaces are cluttered, unintuitive, or less aesthetically pleasing

Navigating Zoom's User-friendly Features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has done an excellent job in creating an intuitive and user-friendly platform. The clarity of their features makes it unnecessary to seek out tutorials for understanding different Functionalities. The ability to apply various filters is a convenient feature, and the option to create custom filters enhances the overall experience.Additionally, Zoom’s seamless intergration with other apps such as Gmail Calendar,adds to its appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm usually very picky but when it comes down to this product I have 0 complaints,does as it promise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Tool is really helpful while working from home and plays an important role in our growth by keeping us in touch.

Most helpful of zoom is you will be able to use it as good communication tools.

It is benefeting for me as we can gather using zoom.

It's easy to use as long as you have a good internet connection, everything will be perfect, you can chat or do work or interview via zoom.

Nothing, everything is good. It's so easy to access.

So far I dont have any problem with zoom. Everthing is smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
The sound and video quality is excellent. The recent AI features help summarize meetings and search for specific information. Clips is probably my favorite feature, it helps to reduce the number of meetings. I have daily meetings using Zoom and it has never been a blocker, is there, but flows to help
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the configuration needs to be done in the website and not in the PC client, also, applying configuration to specific meetings is not that simple

Connect with my remote team for periodic meetings, insta-short calls, and asynchronous alignment using clips

What I dislike about Zoom is usually the technical glitches, and fatigue from prolonged virtual meetings as drawbacks.

Zoom solves the problem of facilitating remote communication and collaboration, offering benefits such as convenience, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to connect people across distances in real-time.

During meetings, sharing screens is a breeze, and we provide convenient access to clients. Additionally, our integration with various search engines ensures a smooth experience.

Host controls is the best feature I have ever come across on this web conferencing tool - it rnsures only invited participants join the conferences.

It's way too bad that thr vendor has not yet incorporated offline access capability.

Business problems such as eradication of traditional conferences and team collab.

Zoom enables successful meetings, interactions, engagements, collaboration, coordination and communication that really help with achieving objectives and roi. It really helps get us across the line through effective virtual meetings and video conferences that yield results.

Zoom is an exceptional virtual meetings and online video conferencing tool you will find little fault with. Certainly i haven't as yet. It really enables us meet, be productive, make decisions, deliver better regardless of location.

It Solves the question of how to meet when people are not central, of how to share and collaborate online as well including remotely.
