Easy to navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to navigate and I'm not tec savvy. The help features are excellent and there are plenty of trainings online for more help. It is popular enough that most people I've worked with know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am impressed with the zoom platform however I am a little nervous about the security. I am pleased with the updates that zoom does on a consistant basis. I haven't had any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commute time!! It saves so much time. I am able to meet with more clients, prospects, and have meeting and group coaching with more connection being face to face.
It works better that all the others like Teams, Blue Jean,etc.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple enough for even me to use and reliable and glitch free on VERY important calls with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing it does what I need it to do when I need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with customers, and colleagues and saving me quite a bit on travel expenses. I would not have been able to relocate without it.
The best option for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the interface is and how easy it is to use. When I first got zoom, it didn't take me long to keep up to speed on all the features. Video quality is top notch and audio works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be an invalid criticism but it doesn't seem like you are able to automatically make it so that other guests can share in a meeting. If I have a conference call where there are multiple folks who need share, if I'm the host, I always have to switch to all participants manually as opposed to doing it somewhere in the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a financial advisor. With most of my clients being located around the country, zoom has been INVALUABLE in ensuring I can run my practice to the highest level possible.
Necessity for Larger Groups
What do you like best about the product?
We often have meetings with 10 or more people. I've used other services where the quality of the video and the sync get really bad with that many people. With Zoom it's always been very clear and even when someone has a poor connection the meeting doesn't get off track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there isn't anything that I would say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an agency that has 10+ clients. While we use Google Workspace for our email and docs, Zoom has been our go to for reliable video meeting with clients. Connection is always good, video and sound are good, and presentations seem to work better than any other platform we've used.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Conference calls and communication with office colleagues is more helpful and sharing my screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for me as I did not found any thing. So far I am satisfied with zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's whiteboard and separate spaces as individual rooms to connect with different peoples and I don't find any issues.
Best of the best for reliable video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
After using just about every video service out there, Zoom continues to be the most reliable and easiest to use. Screen sharing is better by far than competitors, both easier and with more control over sharing exactly what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Webinar' feature is good but could be better. Ultimately, we wanted control over the exact view that everyone would see, with the ability to pin certain speakers on top of a presentation and also record the webinar in the exact same manner. This is possible but proved difficult and the viewers can change their view, which creates issues when they say they're not seeing the correct view. Perhaps this has improved since we last attempted in early 2021.

With the need for reliable video conferencing, Zoom continues to prove itself as the top platform. We need a platform that provides a consistent, quality experience with solid video and ease of use; Zoom delivers that.
Ease of use is Zoom's strength
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was something that much of the world learnt how to use during the Covid 19 pandemic. And as a result, many businesses caught on too. The greatest strength for Zoom lies in it's simplicity of use. The interface is clean and it is easy to use the basics, such as changing backgrounds, and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest that the pricing for Zoom is a bit steep, especially for smaller businesses. That said, as long as the initiating party had a full license, the other parties can benefit from Zoom meetings of unlimited duration. Also, the more advanced features such as breakout rooms are not intuitive - either that or a better tutorial format is needed to educate people onto the greater features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a period where most businesses have adjusted to employees having a balanced week of working from home and in-work days, Zoom, alongside Microsoft Teams are possibly the two greatest boons for meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are many features, and I appreciate that it is very reliable structurally. I rarely have trouble with lagging and other issues that arise with other video chat platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes, it is difficult to find the "raise hand" function. It would be helpful to have it as a bigger icon and somewhere more intuitive. It takes me a while to raise my hand, and it may be beneficial to have it automatically unraised after I've unmuted for more than a given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us take meetings with people all over the world, any time. It makes scheduling very easy as it integrates with my calendar as well. I like having my own personal meeting room.

I use it just about everyday and it always works great! Never run into any issues. Easy to use and the visuals are always great. I prefer it over teams or google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the internet issues are annoying. Overall, I rarely have any other issues so there is not much to dislike. There are also a low number of filters to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem would be the lack of transportation for clients and using zoom it makes it so much easier to meet with anyone anywhere and it also saves a lot of time.
Zoom is a necessary part of life now!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom because I am able to join meetings no matter where I am because I can use my phone, tablet or PC. The process is smooth and streamlined at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would do automatic updates every time I open up Zoom rather than me having to ask if there are any updates necessary consistently. This makes Zoom hard to keep up with any bug fixes or the ability to make certain I have the most up-to-date version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a member of Toastmasters International and the ability to be able to join any club meeting around the world has given me the ability to meet people from around the world that I would not have met otherwise because of the ability to connect.
