Easy to use, even for those who aren't tech-savvy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for 1:1 meetings or for larger meetings. I appreciate how easy it is to use, even for those who typically don't use conferencing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not crazy about the app, as I find it a bit confusing to find all the buttons I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of meeting with long-distance clients! It opens up the opportunity to serve people even if they don't like in my local area.
ZOOM for Non profit organization
What do you like best about the product?
We began holding our meetings, classes and Support Groups on ZOOM when the Pandemic began. It helped us to continue to serve our local community, as well as reach even further to people who may not have previously had access. We will continue to have ZOOM meetings and Hybrid meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be difficult for a NON-Profit, volunteer-run organization. I have had good support, but without a business account, I was unable to get phone support, only email responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to grant access to our programs to people all over the state and even the country. It has also helped us to give access to people who cannot be at an in-person meeting due to health issues.
Great service to be connected to coworkers around the globe
What do you like best about the product?
I find zoom most helpful for leading my team remotely while creating an expansion network in another state. Zoom helps me stay connected with my team not just through voice communication but they see my face! I think that makes a difference in getting ideas through and collaboration is much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about zoom is not really zooms fault, however, oftentimes when someone has bad internet it can get jumbled which doesn't have through a simple phone call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves my problem of feeling disconnected from my team when I am in another state. I feel like with adding video conferencing it helps me feel like we are still meeting face to face

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made my business far more efficient by eliminating both travel time to meetings and the risk of having traveled to a no-show. Integration with web-based scheduling systems and calendars makes setting up meetings easy; transcriptions make meeting notes far easier to complete accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my colleagues use Mac's; integration with their scheduling is weak -- invitations do not always go out and when they do they appear as emails with links rather than as GMail calendar invites that automatically go into my calendar. Also, when I go into screen-sharing mode, the windows for the videos of my colleagues always go to the right of my main screen rather than to where I move them every time (i.e., under my camera so when II am looking at them it looks like I am looking at them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasted travel time. Making group discussions work well. Sharing information dynamically (e.g., working on documents) with remote colleagues. Replacing telephones with a medium that lets me read facial expressions.
Zoom makes my small business successful
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom to connect face-to-face with potential new clients. Since I wokr closely with individuals in their homes and closets as a personal stylist, being able to have an initial call where we can see one another and engage more effectively is critical to my work. Zoom allows me to do this seamlessly as a small business. I'm also able to grow my business offering into teaching seminars and leading workshops remotely, connecting with more people, which is major for my business bottom line.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it enough yet to fully justify the monthly cost. I have the account because I do use it occassionally and want the access, but my volume isn't as high where I feel as though I am getting the most out of my monthly payments. This can change as I grow my business, but it's a pricier line item for me at the moment for the usage of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with more potential clients and landing sales. Sharing my philoshpy on style and fashion with more people to solve their problems, bring them solutions, and coach people to feel and be their best selves.

What do you like best about the product?
It couldn't be easier to schedule live sessions. I appreciate the way the tool integrates with other platforms like Calendly, Momence, and Otter. I also value having control over the source of the sound (e.g. ringing a meditation bell that resonates), easily recording and sharing sessions, and control over privacy settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer to teach in person, but I appreciate the opportunity to reach a wider audience online. I enjoy getting creative to make the virtual experience as warm and human as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to provide coaching and class sessions for people across the country and around the world.
Easy to use, comfortable tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone knows how to us zoom and is comfortable logging into meetings and webinars. It's easy to use on your phone or computer with an easy-to-install desktop client and the ability to call in from a phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security is a pro and a con. Needing to know a passcode to join a meeting has been a problem for us before. Also, it can be a little difficult to navigate the reporting tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is how we connect with our members all over the country (we are an association). We use it for everything - group meetings, one-on-one consulting, webinars and more. It's an all-in-one solution for us, including the ability to record meetings!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, sends a link to my audience and/or interview subject, and makes connecting easy. Also, the recording setup is smooth and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it could have a better call quality overall, though it's sufficient for my overall purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could not host my podcast or conduct journalistic interviews without Zoom. It's making me way more productive than I would otherwise be.
An essential part of my communication needs
What do you like best about the product?
It is not always feasible to communicate face-to-face physically so having the ability to have a face-to-face interaction via an online interface is imperative for my communication needs. Zoom effectively provides the medium for accomplishing this need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't identify anything that I dislike or a suggestion for something to be changed as it seems that all the bases have been covered. I haven't had any issues with the user interface or the quality of the audio or video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conduct studies with individuals which require the option to study from home and Zoom resolves this by providing the comfort of engagements from home, which increases the likelihood for the studies to take place.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, finding a location to meet with you, interested clients has always been difficult. Discovering zoom during the pandemic has made a world of difference in my ease of connecting with potential parties who would like to use our services.

At times, audio can pose difficulties, especially when using the share screen function to share video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with anyone, anywhere at any time is a new and innovative way to add to businesses.
