User Friendly Interface and Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The audio and video quality of zoom is awsome and it is very helpful in recording meeting and taking notes of it for future referance

I feel it is little bit expensive as compared to other platform

Zoom is solving many problems of us now we do not need to go out and book any hall or stay on calls for a long to discuss somthing regarding any topic we just can talk and see each other virtually via zoom

They take some time to reply to your questions and this is a major turnoff to business people. No other dislikes.

In case of an emergency meeting we don't have to spend money to cater for our employees bus fare since we can hold meetings on Zoom .

What do you like best about the product?
I just love how fast it virtually enables meetings whenever, wherever regardless of location or device. It connects participants seamlessly, allows productive collaboration and communication. A very useful business platform that keeps all up to speed, keeps all engaging and interacting with purpose essier, faster.

There's hardly any unique discomforts with Zoom. All you need is good internet connections. Can't complain.
