Easy collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule/reschedule and conduct effective meetings such as ways to share screen and breakout room management. Speed is faster than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
When recording video is like multiple options on how the video is recorded such as side by side or fill in top and bottom of screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to record collaboration sessions with my partner with all the features of screen sharing
Zoom has been amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy for old people. Our congregation loves it!! It has kept us connected to worship throughout the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We finally figured out how to extend the same link over a period of time. It was hard getting congregants to type in new links when recurring meeting links expired.

When we shuttered our church building for covid we went a year without services - being able to provide a place for everyone to come together and see faces and take communion.
Very useful for One-on-One Education
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of controls and settings that allow each lesson to be tailored to the needs of individual students. The annotate tool is also useful for working on math and science problems that use syntax that can't be easily conveyed through plain text.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to my use of Zoom is the fact that the whiteboard does not support copy/paste images. To upload a problem to the board, you must first save it to your computer, then upload that image file. This adds unnecessary wait times to the lessons, especially during lessons involving many different practice problems. Other sites I have used allow copy/pasting, which is extremely useful for collaborating on math and science questions, which are very difficult to convey through plain text. The annotate tool is useful, but it has a very limited working area and the writings must be cleared each time a new problem is brought up, making it impossible to reference previous work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is one solution that fills the need to reach students that aren't able to meet face-to-face. It was amazingly useful during the pandemic, and it's still useful for working with remote students and those who are sick and/or immunocompromised and need to avoid unessecary contact.
Zoom review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the add-in for email and the breakout rooms for consulting. The whiteboard is also helpful for collaboration work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if others could be granted control on shared screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been great for working from home to meet with team members. It is also helpful for troubleshooting to either see what the issue is or show how to do something.
User friendly, lots of options.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different features that can be used during zoom calls. The white board, sharing screen and recording are especially great. Everything is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more options to interact with each other on both sides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with clients and therapists while still at home.
Can be Glitchy but the Best Thing Smoking!
What do you like best about the product?
I most like the features that Zoom offers to engage participants and learners. Use of a variety of reactions to the use of the whiteboard for all learning types.
What do you dislike about the product?
I most dislike Zoom's glitchiness. For example, when folks can't get into the room using the correct link, there's not a lot of ready solutions or support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers a way for me to teach courses and also engage people socially who are in different parts of the country - even the world. I can attend online learning too.
Its an everyday part of my working and personal life
What do you like best about the product?
It can be anytime/ and (almost) anywhere. Immediate (no pauses in conversations). You can have your preferred background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the meetings can take time: whether to do it through Outlook or directly through Zoom is often the issue. Generally for work emails, it is best to do it through Outlook where you have everyone's email contacts.
Feezing of screens.
Feezing of screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts down time and cost of traveling outside of the office. Enables working from home to be more readily possible. (both during and following the worst of the Covid pandemic).
On a personal level: I can talk to my family on the other side of the world whenever we need to.

What do you dislike about the product?
I used to use Google Meet for video conference needs and it was always problematic. Zoom is an infinitely better product that I rely on for my remote client work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a primarily remote agency, I depend on reliable video conferencing in order to get work done. Combined with the intuitive interface that makes it easy for myself and my clients to navigate, it's essential for my business.
Great Features. Make Access Easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Sound quality is always good as is visual. There are numerous flexible features. I like the breakout rooms. I like that I can require a password when needed. I like that I can record and have a transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unclear if you can record all the breakout rooms. It seems tedious to access Zoom. I'd like access to be as easy as Google Meets - instant, no barriers - for most of my meetings. I would like the transcript to line up with the video so that I can search for text and find where it is in the video. If this exists, I'd like it at my fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating and getting clear with clients regarding what is needed. Meeting efficiently and optimizing the fact that everyone on the call has access to multiple screens of information. Looking professional (and younger than I am - thank you for that filter). Creating online workshops with breakout groups for public meetings. We are able to effectively lead public meetings and dialogues about sensitive topics, including policy development. We are able to effectively present slides.
easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom for both personal and business video calls as well as for recording for my podcast. It is easy to use and set up and my experience has been fairly consistent over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does require high-speed internet to work correctly, which has been a challenge at times when traveling. Sometimes the connection has been a little glitchy, especially with sound/audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet "face-to-face" with clients or colleagues without having to be in person to do so. This has been a huge benefit to my online business over the years.
