It's great software that works wonderfully for group meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the relatively seamless way people can talk to one another, see one another, and share with one another.

What do you dislike about the product?
When streaming to YouTube or Facebook, the video quality is quite dull. It would be better to get HD video 1080 or above for streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our group together when members are home, due to weather or Covid fears. Teams can flawlessly share documents and ideas. Facial feedback is key!
Zoom is the Best Virtual Meeting Platform I've Used!
What do you like best about the product?
There is almost no learning curve to use Zoom. It is very user-friendly. It is easy to find the site to set up meetings and easy to access meetings using the invitation links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio quality is not as good as it could be. May be how it interfaces with different computer equipment. There is always at least 1 participant that the groups cannot hear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes coordinating multiple schedules and long-distance participation easier. The ability to record meetings makes it easy to confirm what was discussed and to capture parts you may have missed.
Zoom--still a wonderful place online to do meetings and grow your business!
What do you like best about the product?
It is accessible all over the world. I have clients from many countries. I love the recording feature as well because I can record trainings and repurpose them. I also think they have improved the sound quality greatly since a few years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you get many people on at the same time without using headphones, you can get some cut out of sound. And sometimes bandwidth can be affected by many people in a meeting by using video. I wish there were better filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving two main issues. Being able to coach people around the world in real time. And being able to record training for YouTube and courses. It allows me to reach more people in my biz through the great features, and at a reasonable price.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a crucial piece of any team in today's hybrid work environment. With teams now distributed and client office visits a thing of the past, seeing each other over video allows you to feel more connected. Zoom offers higher call quality than competitors, better visial handling of longer-haired people (i.e. women), better backgrounds, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there's a login issue or Zoom has an outage. This can be extraordinarily disruptive for client calls or meetings. I wish Zoom had more recording features like Loom. Setup and the admin side of Zoom can be complicated, like managing the licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with colleagues, clients, friends. Being able to screenshare, record meetings, and be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a wonderful tool to supplement my practice. It is user friendly and highly reliable! Clients also intuitively know how to use it. It was seamless to previous software used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is on the higher side. It can also be confusing to set-up meeting dates and tedious to be sending them out to individual persons. It also does not clearly highlight if it is compliant to HIPAA rules.

It has helped me provide telehealth to clients with minimal technological challenges. IT has been more productive and my work has been more efficient. It has made my workday less stressful

What do you like best about the product?
Almost everyone now knows how to use Zoom, so it's easy to connect and see one another. Being able to have a meeting where you actually see someone is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times links haven't worked for some people and they've struggled to connect on time. I don't particularly like the Waiting Room feature but it seems to be important for large groups to assure there are only those invited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that security has been strengthened. This makes all attendees feel like their privacy is being protected, which is important. I'm not sure that has increased my business performance, but it does make my clients more comfortable.

Zoom is so user-friendly that the technology takes a back seat and allows us to connect with each other in a natural way. It's the next best thing to face-to-face.

I'm not crazy about the green screens. I realize they're useful in some situations, but I think they interfere with genuine connection.

I teach online art courses. The course material is delivered via pre-recorded video but the Zoom calls allow us to connect & problem-solve in real-time.

I dislike the scrolling in the chat feature. It's hard to scroll slowly, especially with touchs creen. The recordings sometimes take too long to become available.

Instant connectivity while working remotely.

User Friendly and accessible where ever I am ... Seeing clients and the option to turn off the video, unmute and at the last minute I can create a zoom call on my phone or laptop.

Occasional disruption with technology.

Out of town clients and when I travel ... zoom is there ... recurring meetings and links are fantastic.
I have a basic account and no service is available on the phone.
Will this change in the future ... I have a website with Wix and they offer trenendous phone call back service ...

I like how I can create meetings and easily send them to colleagues or friends.

The cloud recordings are not great quality video.

I can easily meet colleagues or friends online through zoom with video using a free account. I have purchased the one year zoom account for unlimited meeting time.
