Easy and Affordable
What do you like best about the product?
Frees up my schedule. I don't need to travel to make meetings. Pricing is affordable. Much easier to schedule as meetings take less time. Pricing is more affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues at this time, everything works well. Nothing that I can think of. It would be better if it was free :) I can't think of any improvements at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regarding the pandemic, we can meet with people and not have them come into the office. I am more productive, less time out of my day, no travel. Yes it most certainly has.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to learn for novice users, has excellent support, and continually adds new useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security features aren't the best, especially for large meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables fast, face-to-face communication on nearly any device/network, which is great for a company that works with clients around the world. It has made communication more seamless.
Zoom - Best Video Communications Platform
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Zoom was very helpful as a communication tool with others pre, during and after the pandemic.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes regarding Zoom at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote owner, Zoom has benefitted me with the ability to meet with clients, family and friends on the video platform...during a time we could not meet face to face.
Easy for keeping in touch
What do you like best about the product?
I like using zoom as it is easy for people to connect to and I don't have to do a lot of tech support to get people in a meeting. During covid I used this for a virtual tasting room and got hooked on it. Now I use it almost everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using an HDMI port to go from iPad to TV I am unable to adjust the IPad or TV so that I can use the whole screen. I actually believe the problem is in the ipad app. That should be updated to handle different screen sizes.....and/or some 12 year old should call me up and talk me through how to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I lead workouts and it used to be that everyone came over and did them. During the pandemic we started doing them over zoom and now that it is over we have all decided to keep doing them on zoom as it was so easy to do.
I enjoy Zoom, because it makes it easier for me to host business meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
The monthly updates qualifies payments by adding the chat component after Zoom component and optimizing the mobile app for meetings. People are more comfortable hopping on Zoom than other platforms right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
As competitors like Google Meet are challenging the Zoom, I consider switching, because I won't have to pay a monthly fee there. The monthly updates are worth it, but what else will keep me after this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is making it easier for me to schedule and host large meetings that may not be professional on FaceTime. Also, I have the option to record the meeting in case I don't have someone taking minutes, which makes it convenient.
Zoom Works Great For Us!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom for our Sunday morning church services, which allows folks unable to attend in person to still be involved in our service. Many of them are technically challenged and yet have found it easy enough to use. We also use it to conduct business meetings, which allows greater flexibility than in the past, when we were always having to meet in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little choppy if you're in an area with not the best wifi, but that's to be expected. I kinda wish the links to share weren't as hard to decipher/were something easy to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us navigate COVID as a church - since we couldn't meet in person, it helped us bridge the gap during that period of time - now that this time is mostly over, it helps us to continue to connect with our members who cannot meet in person, as well as be a way for strangers to check us out online first!
I love Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to meet with my friends, team members, clients, and business prospects. It is so much better than having a phone call, as I am actually able to see the person and communicate so much better. Zoom has really helped my business grow and is a great way for me to connect with so many people. Zoom has the best quality of video than any other program like this out there. I use this for all of my virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Living in rural Wisconsin, I sometimes get an unstable connection, but that is not Zoom's fault. But that is the only downside to using a program like this. Everything else about this program is good and helpful to me and my business.

In the past, I struggled with connecting with my clients, as talking over the phone was the only other option. Using zoom has benefited both me and my clients to be able to communicate more effectively and get so much more work done than I could over a phone call.

Zoom is able to make the meeting secure with requiring a code or an admin admittance.... the options for viewing and audio and screen sharing are easy to navigate and work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike that without paying you can only have a 40 minute meeting and then it shuts off. Why not allow an hour - it makes more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we have our bible studies - some students are either out of town or actually live far away. It's great to be able to have them zoom in and participate
It does what I need and it does it well!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy for everyone to use-- setting up meetings, scheduling meetings, inviting attendees, joining meetings, all of it is very easy and takes very little explanation for anyone to figure out by themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom isn't free for everyone all the time. Most of my meetings last just about 1 hour give or take and the free meetings are about 45 minutes. It's quite smart on the side of the company that needs to make money but a little frustrating for someone who runs about 4 meetings a month total.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People who cannot attend meetings in person are able to listen and interact with the rest of the staff in our meetings which is very helpful and very important to everyone. Having the option of "face to face" meeting helps us maintain some sense of connection we'd otherwise miss when interacting remotely.
Love Zoom Best Thing For My Condominium Meetings!!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It cuts out the petty chatter during live meetings! It has cut meeting times generally in half.
My Secretaries for the meetings love the ability to record the meeting as do I, it helps to be able to get the minutes correct and not miss something that may be important.

For me, NOTHING!
My Condo owners, it is they don't have the time to catch up since the last meeting.
It's not a zoom issue but when people don't have internet or equipment that can handle streaming the meeting!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing the ability to meet and discuss issues and ideas without the need to travel and meet and then travel back. The biggest benefit to me is the time savings. I can work until just before the meeting and then jump back into work without the loss of time.
