Zoom is my go to video call platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom constantly adds new features and just keeps getting better and better!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different levels to choose from, and it's sometimes hard to turn them off and on as needs change throughout the year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the webinar feature for virtual events and also my private coaching sessions with clients around the world!
Consistent, strong video conferencing!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful as it allows me to do weekly staff meetings, even while traveling and with employees in various locations. It also allows me to coordinate meetings with outside guests remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is hard to answer. I'm a big fan. I have yet to have a significant problem of any kind with Zoom. Overall, I am quite satisfied. I'm not sure how to improve for our use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When Covid-19 protocols did not allow groups to meet in person, Zoom became our valued, go-to platform. Meetings and group sessions could continue without interruption!
Good if you are keeping it basic
What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable to be used "as it comes", but it has limitations otherwise
What do you dislike about the product?
With a laptop connected to an external monitor, it is not possible to have the Zoom and PowerPoint controls on the laptop, and the Zoom meeting window and PowerPoint presentation on the external monitor. It is not possible to have remote attendees on the external monitor and the meeting controls at all times on the laptop - before, during and after a screen share. Basically, the "second monitor" using the Dual Monitor setting all it does is show the local attendees, I can drag the sharing control bar to my laptop window when the presentation has started. But I have to start the share to be able to drag the meeting controls to my laptop. I need to have the control bar at all times on my laptop screen, not just when I'm sharing.
Also, even with paid individual accounts, you don't get tech support - it's only for corporate accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom's ease of navigation and platform stability. The breakout rooms are excellent. The video and sound quality are better than any other similar sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any dislikes I think are minor. Update rollout and reminders could be better. I am often reminded I need to update when I'm about to start a meeting. Zoom poll functionality has some glitches. I wish there were better customization for auto-emails for webinars and registration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a great benefit to my work. It solves the problem of reaching people when in-person is not an option or desired. It is also better than a phone call. The integration to google calendar is excellent.
Staying Connected
What do you like best about the product?
During a time of separation and isolation, Zoom has kept the world connected socially and professionally. The user friendly features has allowed even those that are not tech savvy to stay connected. What I love most is how well Zoom works with other features such as Calendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to not like about Zoom. I struggle with the screen share sometimes but with more practice I'm sure it will be as simple as everything else has been to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for recently went national and part of my role is to train schools. Zoom has made it possible for me to train schools regardless of the state they are in without having to actually travel. It's a win win for everyone.
Zoom is great for video conferencing and conducting live presentations!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to connect easily with my prospects! There's no need for a "new" person to have to go through a download & install process before connecting. This is a huge time saver as well as a technical support relief!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to record as a participant without getting the host's permission. It could be better by removing this requirement or by submitting a request prior to the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves meeting & scheduling issues by allowing people to jump on face to face and communicate, without the need to drive across town or go to a physical place.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the ease of use. The ability to screen record. The ability to use audio only and transcribe

The limited storage capacity. I wish there was more storage capacity with the pro version. I would like some webinar features as well, without the up sell

Ability to connect with anyone in the world

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and freedom Zoom gives me. Before, I could only serve clients within a certain area unless I was willing to drive for hours or spend money flying. Zoom has allowed me to do business whether I'm at home or on the road and, with families who live thousands of miles away
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Zoom just yet. Zoom has been a game changer for my business since we sold out to using it. Without it, we may not have survived the pandemic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the financial services world and pre-pandemic I met with my clients face to face which changed when the world locked down. Zoom allowed me to not only continue working my business but to expand my reach.
Good video conferencing solution with easy interface
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a very user-friendly interface for any user who is not tech savvy. I particularly like the waitroom, share audio files, virtual background and backoffice functions to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was one instance when an unknown user was able to hack a live Zoom call and shared very inappropriate content hijacking the entire call. Therefore, security could be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy video conferencing solution. I have used it for my own business as well as the Rotary Club that I am member of. In both cases, I started with the free option and subscribed to the paid as the calls had a limitation of 45 minutes.
Zoom Review
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very convenient and easy to use. It integrates into my system and there is no problems using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Microsoft has partnered with its own product versus Zoom. I find Zoom easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy to have quick meetings and connect with clients efficiently and effectively. Zoom has taken my travel budget completely down.
