I use zoom for professional meetings. They are easy and reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Zoom is the quickness to create a working link to send in a hurry. I usually resort to Zoom first but if a client uses another resource I suggest we use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing is when a meeting goes longer than expected and gets cut off quickly. I wish there was a way to extend the meeting without having to create a new link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work between US and France so it's helpful with keeping in contact in different time zones. I enjoy the accessibility between countries. I prefer it over Teams.
ZOOM Changed My Life
What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM has made my job as a Realtor so much easier. I attend my company's business meetings on ZOOM. I attend Clock Hour classes on ZOOM. I meet with Clients on ZOOM. This is particularly useful to go through documents with a Buyer or Seller and time or logistics do not permit an in-person meeting.
ZOOM has also strengthened relationships with family and friends who live out of state. Monthly ZOOM meetings with different groups have become a regular part of my life.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that doesn't work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolves time and logistics issues surrounding Client meetings.
I can attend Clock Hour classes that are not local.

ZOOM FOR SOLO ENTREPRENUERS
What do you like best about the product?
The breakout rooms and the ability for others to be able to join the breakout rooms the desire. This is an amazing feature. Love that participants can write on anything when screen sharing. The ease of creating a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
broadcast video or share screens to breakout rooms. The ability to create separate rooms and have an interactive experience with one leader or split and broadcast to only some rooms while another person broadcasts or shares screens to another room. The ability to send chat messages to all rooms.
Also, wish we could have vote on something...or voting on comments to be able to order which questions are most wanted to ask. The chat rooms can get a little overwhelming with comments and would be great to have a way to rank or order them like in Slido or merge with Slido...How people are displayed - which we could have one big circle or multiple same circles. People able to place it like a facilitation room that's interactive

The ability to hold meetings with multiple people and create an interactive experience with breakout rooms. It would be great to have it that people are oriented in a circle or something when displayed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to hold both committee meetings and talks for members via a secure and stable platform which links with Eventbrite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to be working fine at present. Quite happy with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting people together who live a long way apart and who would therefore find it difficult or perhaps impossible to attend a physical meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of hosting a live meeting and streaming to Facebook at same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't have Facebook open at same time as a live Zoom (to see comments) as feedback occurs. Figure this glitch out...which worked before btw, and it's almost perfect. I'm an Apple user if that helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing a community together and allowing that content/meeting to be shared after the fact for for those who missed it to feel part of the community. It also allows for out reach to those who do not live near by to take part.

What do you like best about the product?
It is stable and secure with most of the tools I need to teach live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they remove tools that I use. Once I worked with tech to return one of them but in the next update it went away again. (Selecting a group of items annotated on screen and deleting with a key stroke instead of using eraser).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet live with students from all over the country. I use the white board with "slides as well."

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom can be accessed from any mobile device anytime and anywhere. It's easy to use as well. I like how we can use it across a few different platforms at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I can think of that I dislike. Possibly the only critique I would have is the need to select a security measure when creating a new meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom became a major dependency for us during the recent Pandemic. It allowed for our organization to 1) remain in communication with each other from our homes and 2) engage in conversations with our communities. Zoom continues to be a major part of our work as we can continue our original efforts.

hmmm, good question - i guess i would like even more filters and maybe better screensharing options

remote work is solved because of zoom - benefits me because i can continue to work remotely and still remain connected with my team

What do you dislike about the product?
With Zoom updates twice all background images removed and had to manually add all back in one at time.
Feature: Dashboard hides. Often can not get mouse to make Dashboard assessible for functions I seek. Like annotation tool.

Allows me to conduct business Covid-19 Compliant with best interactivity and Byoadcadt Studio presence. It is green aiding in less emissions from people driving across town! It has expanded my Client Base to 7 time zones!
Good, reliable, consistent
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect and share with customers. Can be on a session in seconds vs. some of the others that take so much longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the control panels are not as intuitive as I think they could be. Once you learn them it's fine but trying to explain it to a customer who doesn't know Zoom is challenging sometimes. Also, the web link that is auto-generated is very long and confusing. I don't believe we need to provide so many local numbers in the auto-generated invite. I always remove those to avoid confusing my customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to be quickly connected to a customer to resolve an issue (picture is worth a thousand words) as if I were sitting next to them. They love the simplicity of it and are used to jumping on Zoom calls with me all the time.
