What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it extremely easy to collaborate on calls with coworkers, share presentations, and send messages during calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opening a Zoom call from a link takes many more steps than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is allowing my businesses to collaborate frequently and efficiently on calls. Verbal communication is the fastest way we get things done and Zoom enables us to do this from remote locations.

Zoom Workplace is a dependable and user-friendly platform for virtual meetings, offering flexibility and convenience for conducting meetings and collaborating with others across different geographical areas. I appreciate Zoom Meetings for its excellent HD video and audio quality, as well as its screen sharing capabilities and features such as breakout rooms. The addition of the new AI companion has made tasks like note-taking and generating summaries much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace tends to run slowly on older mobile devices, which can be frustrating. Additionally, I wish it offered better integration with Microsoft products.

This product offers both flexibility and convenience, making it easy to adapt to my needs and fit into my daily routine.

The features like breakout rooms, whiteboards, and meeting recordings enable interactive and productive sessions. It integrates easily with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams, improving workflow. I appreciate its cloud-based system, which ensures accessibility anytime, anywhere. Zoom Workplace also prioritizes security with encryption and admin controls. It's great for remote work, online learning, or virtual events, boosting productivity, reducing travel costs, and keeping teams connected in a flexible and scalable way. The initial setup was awesome, impressive, and great.

Zoom Workplace sometimes struggles with network issues, limited free features, integration glitches, confusing breakout rooms, and occasional security concerns, making smooth collaboration harder for some users or teams.

Intuitive Interface and Breakout Rooms Make Zoom the Best Choice
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become the industry standard for virtual meeting software. I have tried other video call services, but Zoom stands out as the best. Its user interface is very intuitive, making it easy to use, and I find the breakout room feature especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I dislike is how easily the meeting tabs can be accessed upon logging in.

Being able to set up multiple calls and manage them all in one place is very convenient.

Can meet from anywhere at any time. I love the ease of using the app across all of my devices..

Zoom can occasionally be slow to start when accessed through the web, and the video quality is not always consistent or as good as I would like.

I appreciate the flexibility of being able to meet at any time and from any location. It's also very simple to set up a meeting space and join a call quickly.

I use Zoom Workplace for online meetings, which helps me set up meetings without traveling, saving me time. I like the various features that make online communication easier, such as screen sharing. The screen sharing is a perfect tool for distance education. Additionally, it's a user-friendly software with easy setup, which I find very convenient.

I think Zoom can improve their connectivity because sometimes, we have problem to connect. For instance, Zoom can improve their server size and capacity to make it better to have more people online at the same time.

I use Zoom Workplace to set up online meetings without traveling, saving time. Screen sharing makes online communication and distance education easier.
Better than the Most
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the whiteboard; it feels incredibly smooth and effortless, almost like gliding a hot knife through butter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be quite difficult to locate the link needed to join.

With the availability of recordings and transcripts, Zoom effectively addresses the challenge of documenting meetings and maintaining their records.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Zoom workplace and I love how it integrates and easy communication method for my team to use! It helps us get way more work done because we don't physically need to be with one another to have a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Zoom Workplace isn't as good on the mobile application compared to the desktop version. There are problems when it comes to connecting to calls, there are less features than the desktop version, and the quality just isn't as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps my team immensely. Thanks to Zoom Workplace my team can communicate seamlessly without having to be physically with each other. This is amazing because my team is consistently traveling from state to state and it is virtually impossible for us to all be in the same building together. Without Zoom Workplace my team couldn't even exist! I love how easy this application makes it for us to get work done together!
