Great Option for Global Meetings and Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ability to integrate Zoom with my two calendars extremely helpful. Creating Zoom meetings on the fly makes it easier for me not to switch between products.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I enjoy using Zoom, it is a bit pricey for occasional use (1-2 times a week). From time to time I or other meeting attendees have microphone issues and have to dial-in to be heard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is beneficial to meeting authors, clients, customers, partners, and vendors in a face-to-face setting. There is very little lag, and it helps to see the people we work with.
Lifesaver for interviews with new employees!
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom to conduct interviews with new employees at my company (usually 3-12 calls a day) and I have never had an issue! It is easy to share the access link to the call, and on days when I'm running behind, the notification emails when someone joins the meeting are a lifesaver because I know if someone is waiting on me to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to see the chat when I am in presenter mode. I usually find myself having to exit my presentation to see if there are new messages. I also wish I would get asked permission when someone wants to share their screen vs them getting denied messages until I manually grant them access on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is creating a more efficient way for me to do my job. having to plan calls on any other platform takes up so much time and organization on my end. With zoom, I don't have to worry about my calls as much and can put my energy towards more important tasks.
Best source of face to face communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom for all my connections to clients and community groups. Best video services.

I have too much to learn from all Zoom offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a business owner, writer and community leader. The way of meeting up has drastically changed over the last few years. Zoom has allowed easy access to meetings. Now I can Zoom with anyone from anywhere with just a click of a link.
It's still a solid tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty universal at this point so it makes setting up external video calls relatively easy. The video and sound quality are reliable and it services basic functions like chat and screenshare
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate setting up zoom meetings. I think the interface is clunky and the enormous block of text that is generated is too much. Sometimes you need just a bit more than the short url, but way less than the login paragraphs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of us setting external calls on Teams. However, it's an add-on product that I don't use daily so the expense for the moderate use is not in-balance.
Smooth and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside to using Zoom is that I can use it from my phone. This allows me to be on the move and still take meetings. The application is very responsive and user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The add ons are what I dislike the most. It would be great if they called that back. The need to download the app on my PC is also something I an not a fan of. I would rather use it in my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been the most benificial to me with conference calls and webinars. This has given me the ability to reach out to more people than I ever could previously.
Consistently Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use. When help is needed it's easy to access. People know Zoom and it makes it easier for non users to access when invited. It's also affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will take a long while for my Zoom to connect to the internet despite my internet working just fine. I wish there were more emoji's that could be used in chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to interact easily and effectively with clients around the world without having to worry about commute times or software that is unnecessarily complicated.
Easy, Intuitive, No-brainer
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive for even the most computer illiterate. The location of icons is consistent across meetings and webinars, making it easy to teach novices how to navigate. And it works almost glitch-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opening a PowerPoint deck full screen makes it very hard to see everyone, and impossible to monitor the chat...it takes over everything. Also, the mobile application is very awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with several different nonprofit organizations across the country. Board members come from different places and different experiences with technology. With Zoom I can bring them all together, take notes with them watching, share screen, share documents they can edit, and do it without having to use my time and their money for me to travel to them. In many ways, Zoom is often better than in-person, especially when I put participants into breakout rooms.
A very customer friendly website for professors
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great site that has helped professors a lot, particularly during and after the pandemics. It was easy to learn and manage. For the students, it is also a great site since classes can be recorded and the whiteboard can be saved at the end of a class session and both the recording and the saved whiteboard pages can be forwarded to the students later on, so in case a student could not make it to class for a given reason, he/she can have access to the material that was covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to comment about that I do not like about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As explained in the first question, it is a very customer-friendly site, easy to learn and operate and since the sessions can be recorded and the whiteboard pages can be saved at the end of a class, everybody can be benefitted.

It can have tech glitches at times. I also don't like that it lacks some of the more premium streaming features in other platforms.

Virtual meetings. It makes it a breeze

Zoom is probably one of the most useful programs for holding conferences, meetings, and lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom needs to work on getting rid of lag and connection issues. Also I would add more features to make it more compatible for online lessons.

Zoom is solving the problem of the lack of convenient programs for holding online meetings for multiple people.
